Located within a sought-after, exclusive residential development on a larger than average plot, our beautiful 4-bed villa has both master and queen-sized suites as well as 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which also serves as a handy pool shower, via direct access to the screened deck area. There are two, high ceiling living rooms separated by an informal family dining nook and there is a separate more formal dining area too. Both suites and living rooms have direct access to the extended pool deck, which is SW-facing and so gets lots of Florida sunshine but also has plenty of shade thanks to a large covered lanai incorporating two fans and external lighting - ideal for lazy alfresco dining as you watch the sun set! All bedrooms have cable TV and video/DVD and our home is equipped with wireless internet access. With a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, and tasteful furnishing & decoration throughout, you will love this 'home from home' in the Sunshine State!

Our home is conveniently located less than two miles north of Interstate 4 and within 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. 15 minutes drive to the main Disney entrance, we are also close to other main Orlando attractions, including Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. There are good local shops and amenities nearby (including an excellent large, new supermarket) and if you fancy a change from the hectic pace of the theme parks, there are nearby local nature reserves and lakes to explore. Tuscan Ridge is a delightful, small development with a combination of holiday homes and permanent residences on larger than normal plots for added privacy. This mix makes for a generally quieter, relaxed environment and a real community feel. With on-site leisure facilities, including volleyball pitch, tennis court, gymnasium and children's play area, there is plenty of scope to soak up any surplus energy after a busy day with Mickey and his friends.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices include all taxes. Pool heat is available on request at a daily rate of £15. A returnable security deposit of £200 is required with final balance, which is payable a minimum of eight weeks prior to your date of arrival. The security deposit is refundable within 14 days of your departure, subject to satisfactory inspection by our management company.

    Additional facilities, such as maid service, hire of BBQ, extra cots, welcome pack & home shopping service, etc can be arranged on request (at additional cost) via our locally based management company.
  • A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is payable within seven days of booking. Payment of the balance is due no less than 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full on booking.
  • In the event of cancellation, the following terms will apply:-
    12 weeks or more prior to booked arrival date 25% of all charges are payable;
    8 - 12 weeks prior to arrival date, 50% of all charges are payable;
    Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date, 100% of all charges are payable.

  • The large master bathroom (ensuite to bedroom 1) has been beautifully designed with a separate bath, large walk-in shower cubicle, 'his & her' wash basins and separately enclosed toilet. The large, walk-in wardrobe has plenty of storage space as well as a floor-bolted safety deposit box. The Second suite comprises a hand basin, toilet & spacious shower and is ideally located, with direct access to/from the pool area, providing the convenience of immediate bathroom access to guests using the pool, without the need to walk through the villa. All bathrooms are amply equipped with towels, bath sheets and hair-dryers.

  • All bedrooms are spacious & comfortable and are tastefully decorated & furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the villa. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large cable TV, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and access, via french windows, to the pool area. There is a spectacular en-suite, with 'his & hers' wash basins, large walk-in shower, separate bath and WC. There is a safe located in the master suite wardrobe. The second suite has a Queen sized double bed and en-suite bathroom, which also opens out on to the deck. The twin rooms are conveniently located either side of the family bathroom, just off the main living area. All bedrooms have plenty of built in wardrobe space and all have cable TV and video/DVD facilities. A travel cot is available for use by our guests free of charge.

Notes: Our villa in Tuscan Ridge is really a home from home for us and we hope you will make it yours too. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need - from pots & pans to a wine rack (unfortunately not fully stocked). The separate utility room has large washing and drying machines as well as an iron & board - in case anyone wants to volunteer to help mum for a change! Linen & towels are all provided (including beach towels) and all bedrooms have their own hair dryers and alarm clocks. The floor plan of our home provides plenty of flexibility, with separate living areas (ideal for larger parties or for those wanting a bit of 'quiet' space) and two double suites with private access to the pool - ideal for those early morning dips. Alarms on all doors ensure that no-one ventures outside without you knowing, providing extra peace of mind. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS and FREE INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CALLS allow you to stay in touch whilst you rest. Welcome to our home!

Attractions: Our home is located within a 15 minute drive from the main gate of Disney World and provides easy access to other area attractions including Sea World with their latest additon 'Aquatica' water park, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and numerous quality shopping outlets. Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens are also within easy reach, with access to the main I-4 interstate just a couple of miles away. An easy drive of an hour or so also takes you to any number of fantastic beaches on either the Gulf (west) or Gold (East) Coasts, with endless miles of pure white, powdery sand and warm, blue waters. Memories of the beautiful sun-sets on the West coast will stay with you long after you retrun home.

Amenities: Tuscan Ridge has a small children's play area, volleyball, tennis court and secure fitness room on site and is within an easy drive of large Publix and Wal-Mart supermarkets, Walgreen's pharmacy, numerous restaurants and fast food outlets.

Activities: There are numerous golf courses within easy reach including the famous championship standard 'Champions Gate' development which was designed by Greg Norman. If all the excitement of the leisure parks gets too much for you, there are plenty of more relaxing activities on hand, including hot-air ballooning (look out for their bright colours floating by overhead Tuscan Ridge in the early morning), walking, cycling and canoeing. There are also numerous natural parks and reserves to explore, whilst a visit to the local 'Florida's Natural' visitor centre provides an interesting insight to the region's other major economic activity - the production of the World's finest orange juice.

The description of the house and amenities was definitely accurate, in fact the house was even better than it looked in the photos. It was comfortable, homely, stylish and clean. The owners were extremely helpful and reassuring. There was a good management company in case we needed anything (we didn't). Wi-fi broadband most useful and our children loved their room and the pool. Master suit luxurious. On top of this we were only about a 15 minute very easy drive to the gates of Disney. We hope to go back again one day, the house was an important part of a great family holiday. Thoroughly recommended !!
