Casa el Verano is a link-detached split level villa on 3 floors with full central heating and ceiling fans in Lounge & Bedrooms. Beautifully furnished Lounge//Diner with TV, DVD CD player. American kitchen with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Separate utility area with sink and washing machine. The master bedroom has double bed, own private bathroom, dressing area with walk in wardrobe and balcony. Other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each with double wardrobes and drawer space. Leading off the Lounge is a covered porch (Naya) with patio table and chairs. This leads on to the terrace and swimming pool with views out to the mountains. The villa has 3 golf courses within 5-10 mins drive, one of which is the well known La Sella Golf Course in Denia with 5 star facilities. We are 10 minutes to the beaches at Javea, Denia and Moraria and all have many restaurants and nightclubs, From Denia you can catch a ferry to Ibiza and the Balearics.

This area is in the Jalon Valley region and is renowned for its scenic beauty. The beaches at Javea and Denia are approx. 20 -23 kilometres long and vary from natural, wild and rugged to the sandy sunbed areas. There are markets held each day of the week in the different villages nearby with some lovely local crafts on display. Benidorm is 30 mins drive with the Aqualandia and Terra Mitica attractions for all the family. The area is renown for it's walking and water sports attractions and also for it's relaxed and gentle pace of life. The local village of Gata de Gorgos is renown for its basketwork, tapas bars and superb, quaint Spanish restaurants.

  • Master bedroom is completely separate with own en suite bathroom and private walk-in wardrobe/dressing area. There is also French doors leading off the master bedroom on to a balcony with 2 chairs and small table for early morning coffee or late night drinks. The 2 twin bedded rooms are on two different levels of this split level villa - one is situated on the middle floor of the villa with the shower room and the second is situated on the 3rd floor beside the master bedroom. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and chest of drawers. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Notes: The villa has it's own private pool with terrace and naya. The naya has outdoor table and 4 chairs for dining alfresco and 3 sunbeds plus 2 folding chairs for beach outings etc. There is also a small patio table and 2 chairs at the entrance to the villa beside the garden giving another private area for reading/relaxing. Nearby there is a park with children's play area and scenery lookout posts this is approx. 7 metres from the villa. This area has been developed maintaining the environmental beauty of the area and is perfect for pleasant walks or picnics. There is also a large communal swimming pool about 1 minutes walk from the villa thru private pathway in the communal gardens at the bottom of our garden.

Local interests: The area is mountainous and green with lots of shrubs and wildflowers. There are 3 golf courses within 5-10 mins drive and many lovely beaches within 10 - 20 minutes - choose a different beach each day! The local village of Gata de Gorgos is a 'proper' Spanish village and specializes in wickerwork, arts & crafts, wine, and olive & almond groves. Gata de Gorgos is also renown for it's guitar factory. There are many bars & restaurants including English, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Indian etc. within easy reach. We are surrounded by local Spanish villages and the beach areas of Javea, Denia and Morira are within 9-15 kms. Benidorm is 30 minutes drive if you fancy a change of nightlife/scenery with the Terra Mitica and Aqualandia attractions for all the family. The area caters for many walking routes in the beautiful Montgo National Park. Shoppers are well catered for in Denia, Javia and Benidorm. Valencia is 1 hour's drive away with it's many cultural delights.

Golf: At Denia, which is approx. 5 minutes drive away, is the La Sella Golf Club with it's 5 star facilities at the Marriott Hotel At Javea and Olivia, approx 10 - 15 minutes drive, are 2 more golf courses providing beautifully maintained and scenic courses. This region has many golf courses further afield but all within reasonable diriving distances and superbly appointed.
