A delightful traditional Canarian House, containing a luxury three bedroom, three en-suite bathroom apartment with a large master bedroom with a King Size bed, double sofa bed and a further 2 double bedrooms both en-suit. A spacious lounge and dining area with satellite TV and CD player leading to a modern fully fitted kitchen. French doors take you out to the terrace and swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded dining areas with tasteful planted gardens. On the 1st floor is a delightful 2 bedroom apartment over 2 floors with fab sea & mountain views, sky TV, CD player etc. Access from the lounge to the vast roof terrace with dining areas and more sun loungers. There are a further 3 well equipped studio apartments, with kitchenettes & bathrooms with private balconies. Relax, unwind and see the real Lanzarote in a fabulous Canarian house by the sea. The whole house can be rented out, ideal for large groups, anniversaries, weddings, special birthdays etc. Sleeps up to 18 people

Set on the 1st floor of the house are three studio apartments. Tastefully decorated & very comfortable with en-suite shower rooms and kitchenettes containing a sink, fridge, hob, microwave, toaster & kettle. There are two cane chairs and a TV with a DVD player. Double Patio doors take you out to a private balcony with a table and two chairs for outdoor dining. These studios are compact, but are ideal for couples or singles and are rented out at a realistic price all year round. Popular with cyclists as there is a garage to store bikes. There are three studios for rent, 2 containing double beds (with private balconies) and 1 containing two single beds (the largest of the three, but without a balcony). A welcome pack greets you on arrival consisting of a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water, and milk, to start off your holiday! All areas around the house including the pool, are for your use.

The REAL Lanzarote, Punta Mujeres! A traditional unspoilt fishing village away from mass tourism by the sea. Tapas bars, restaurants, mini markets, cafes are all in walking distance. The adjoining village of Arrieta has a lovely sandy beach and beach bar. Unique to the village are several sea pools right along the front, very safe for swimming. A two minute drive or short cycle away is the famous 'Jameos Del Agua' amazing volcanic caves with a natural lake, restaurant and auditorium. 5 minute drive away towards Orzola you will find beautiful white dunes leading to a fabulous lagoon with clear blue waters where you can walk out for miles, great for snorkelling! Inland, 5 minute drive is the town of Haria 'the Valley of a Thousand Palms'. Saturday morning craft and produce market set in the town square with cafes and restaurants. The Cactus Gardens with an abundance of flowering cactus is a 5 minute car journey away. There is plenty to see or just simply chill & enjoy the Sunshine

We offer a 'Meet and Greet' service from and to the airport for 60 Euros (up to six people) Beach towels are available on request, making valuable packing space for more duty frees to take home!

Golf details: The nearest golf course is situated in Costa Teguise, around 15 minute drive away. A beautiful 18 hole course with immaculate greens, buggies available and a friendly restaurant. The course is designed to be both smooth and varied. Its numerous doglegs stimulate players and require them to bring all their clubs into play. It even represents a challenge for professional players, whilst offering an attractive and enjoyable game for those of more modest skills. The fairways are surrounded by over 3,000 palm trees and there are breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to its privileged location, it benefits from a warm and pleasant climate all year round, which is tempered by a sea breeze from the island’s almost constant trade winds.

This part of the Island is very popular for walkers and cyclists and the studio apartments offer excelent accommodation at realistic rates for you to enjoy the surrounding countryside and places of interest to visit. There is a secure garage to store bikes.

A really beautiful, well kept apartment in a great house. The pool is lovely in the early afternoon to cool down as it gets nice and hot on the comfy loungers! There are some great restaurants nearby (Tres Lunas, Chingro Beach for tapas), most within walking distance. The closest sandy beach at Arrieta is 2km away, about a 20min walk and is the site of Chingro Beach tapas bar - the squid rings melt in the mouth! In Orzola (10km to the north) there is a white sandy lagoon which is absolutely stunning and well worth a visit. This is the perfect place to come to get away from the tourists in the south and, if you have a car, I'd definitely recommend it. Without a car its harder to see the attractions Lanzarote has to offer but is still one of the best locations to get away for a quiet, relaxing holiday on Lanzarote.

The location is quiet and rural - a picturesque setting for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Ideal for people who like to cycle and walk. If not, hire a car and take in more of the island. The local villages are within a 20 min walk, or you can take a scenic route along the coast line up to jameos de agua. There are plenty of resturants and cafes, but if you are on a budget there are plenty of supermarkets local to the villa (about 9 or 10 small stores within a 20min walking radius).
For the more adventurous there is a local bus service that takes you through all the villages between the villa and the capital. From there you can get to anywhere else on the island.

The villa apartment itself is basic but well appointed, with everything you need to enjoy the holiday. Your hosts are gracious and hospitable, with lots of interesting stories to tell of the island. You have access to a shared but private pool, which will be lovely in the summer months. There are communal dinning areas on the roof and lower ground.

All in all it is a lovely location for a holiday - but be aware it is quite remote so if you have young children you may need a car to drive them to the local attractions. It is the perfect break for a couple just looking to get away from the hubbub of city life.

Wir waren im April 2009 in einem Studio (Nr. 2). Die Studios und Appartments sind sauber und ordentlich. Die angegebenen Größen stimmen jedoch nicht: sie sind nur halb so groß wie im Internet angegeben! In unserem Fall war das Appartment mit 36 m² im Internet, tatsächlich hat es aber nur 18 m². Das trifft auf alle Appartments zu. Da sie nicht belegt waren, konnten wir sie uns angucken: 200 m² = 100 m² usw..
