Dedicated access gets you to the beach quickly through a private nature trail and we provide our folding marine dock cart to carry all your beach 'stuff' easily to the surf. The Gulf ‘Emerald Coast” beaches are world renowned for their crystal clear aqua-blue water and white sugar sand. Beach chairs and umbrellas are easily available upon arrival.
Casual Elegance
The Ocean view and open air dining and family room area is perfect for entertaining and large family gatherings. There’s dinner seating for 11 pp; 8 comfortably at the dining room table and 3 full back barstools around the extended granite island. It’s such a pleasure to entertain/cook in the well-equipped Gourmet kitchen with a beautiful view of the Gulf coast. There’s even a small wine/martini bar set up conveniently located between the kitchen and dining area. (It’s easily portable to move to the patio, remove for non-drinkers, or to keep out of a toddler’s reach)
The Master suite has a king bed with a 15” CA pillow-top mattress that is “to die for” - like “sleeping on clouds”. There’s an ocean view from the sitting area, and the private bath area dons a large Jacuzzi, separate dressing area, two vanities and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom can be considered a second Master suite with a king sized bed/ pillow-top mattress and private bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with one queen and two trundle singles; it’s a favorite for the kids with a festive sailing motif and the perfect set-up for video games. The curtains are made from real sail cloth and there’s a colorful adjoining bathroom with double access to the foyer. All rooms have state of the art electronics, flat screens TVs/DVDs. There’s also a plush queen sleeper sofa for additional guests who will wake up to the sound of waves when the surf’s up.
Need more options? - there’s a 2000 square foot pool; surround sound theatre in the family room; closets with games, books and puzzles, and all the amenities you are used to having at home. Cell phone and free Wi-Fi internet coverage is great and there’s a postal store for all overnight services just a block away.
