Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Charges included
  • Prices are per week and up to 4 people. These include taxes, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and kitchen linens.
    You will be asked a weekly fee of 150 euros for each additional person, 50 euros for a baby under 3 years (bed and high chair- included) and 30 euros for a small animal.
    A parking space is reserved for you.
  • We require a deposit of 30 percent for booking, the balance at the entry
    Services offered: water, electricity and tourist tax.
    A the delivery of keys, a deposit by check not cashed will be required in addition to rent.
    Amount of Deposit: 1000 euros. You will be also asked 80 euros for final cleaning not included.
  • Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday but we accept various departures or arrivals at the expense of the tenant. Accommodation is available on the day of arrival after 17h and must be released the day of departure before 10am imperative.
    In high season, rentals are for a minimum of 14 nights.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR1,000.00
