Superb Provencal farmhouse in the the countryside of Aix (nice district located 7 km away from the town centre, between Aix and Eguilles) on 4000 m² of planted with trees land.

Unobstructed view, perfect setting for holidays in the tranquillity and near the town.

New house, very comfortable and bright, contemporary furnished.

Beautiful infinity pool (12x4.5 m) with natural water and Spa area.

Sheltered terrace (shaded) with a large table to have all the meals outside between family or friends.Ideal for 8-10 persons. The house boasts 4 very spacious bedrooms.

2 baby cots are also available.

Notes: The land of 4000 m2 is fenced, with electric gate. Beautiful green spaces: There are 30 olive trees, fig trees, lavenders and vineyards in the garden. Unobstructed space, shaded under the ash trees. Infinity swimming pool of 12.5 m with Spa area, natural water (biological processing and UV rays) with an electric rolling shutter for the security of the children, 'wooden beach' in the sun and the shadow. 6 sunbeds 4 FatBoys and 2 large sun umbrellas. Large sheltered terrace en suite to the kitchen with table and chairs for 10 comfortably settled persons. We take all the meals during summer on this terrace which is shaded all day long (roof) : no problems with small sun umbrellas!! The district is very quiet, ideal for quiet family holidays with all the comfort of a main residence. We rent our house only for two consecutive weeks during the summer season. We live in it all year long and we are delighted to share it.
