Designed with the Mediterranean climate in mind. La Noria is a small community on the outskirts of NERJA with a popular local restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away, PLUS You have access to a large gated community pool (with own toilet and showers) & tennis court. The Villa is ideal for families/couples looking for plenty of space; With the living rooms upstairs you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows. The lounge is large and bright with brand new furnishings, flat screen TV with DVD player with satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas. The dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms (beds 2/3 can be twin bedded or king size double beds-UK zip & link type) are on the ground floor all with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes,being downstairs keeps them cooler in the hot summer .

NERJA,La Noria is a small community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away. This PRIVATE VILLA is ideal for FAMILIES or SEVERAL COUPLES looking for plenty of space with its own PRIVATE POOL plus you have free access to the gated communal POOL (less then 50 metres away and which has toilets & showers) plus there is also a KEY operated gated TENNIS court, both of these amenities are included for your use. There is a Water park and golf course both about 10 minutes drives away; The local bus/coach station has trips available to Granda, Seville and a regular service to Malaga (Picasso museum etc). Nerja caves plus BALCON of EUROPE all within a few minutes drive away or a 20 minute stroll into the centre of town. Skiing is available up in the Sierra Nevada and takes about 75 minutes by car.

    The price is PER WEEK not PER PERSON, the price includes full use of Pool, electric, water etc. The arrival and departure cleaning and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels) is INCLUDED for the rental term. A MIDWEEK or MID-TERM cleaning/linen change is available but at an EXTRA CHARGE (approx£46.00). Payment via Euros/Pounds (or bank transfer in any other currency can be accepted).
    25% deposit on booking with balance SIX weeks prior to departure. Not suitable for children under 5 or the very elderly /infirm.
    You will require YOUR OWN BEACH/POOL TOWELS! (Now available to Hire!! from separate source) Beach/Pool towels are LARGE BLUE heavy duty.
    All linen, towels and bath mats are white commercial high grade 'Hotel' type.

    Got back yesterday after an absolutley fabulous holiday

    The Villa is a total credit to you and it is by far the best place we have ever stayed on holiday. We were over the moon with the facilities and quality of the whole place(more equipment than have at home). Your website just doesnt do it justice. Thanks a lot for keeping up to such a high standard. Wish we were still there . Coudnt get over how big it was , It was fantastic

NERJA: Nerja is conveniently situated and readily accessible, just 50 km from Malaga and its international airport. Nestling in the foothills of the mountains the town has a thriving tourist industry, with the CAVES OF NERJA plus the Balcon of Europe. There are many small shops, bars and restaurants, and a wonderful all year round climate and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corners of the town. Coaches to the surrounding major towns are available from Nerja, including Gib!

The Area: The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Its great diversity means that it has something to offer for just about everyone - young old, families, there is enough entertainment and variety to please all types of holiday goer and visitor.

Burriana Beach: The name Nerja comes from the Moorish word 'naricha', which means 'rich in water' and the beaches that surround the town are some of the more picturesque and unique on the coast. The most popular beaches are the Playa Burriana to the east, or left from town center, and the Playa Torrecilla to the west Playa Burriana From town center, a scenic path winds its way through the rocks bordering the seashore and leads all the way to Burriana beach. The walk takes approximately 20 minutes and the views along it are second to none.

The apartment is immaculate, with facilities that are well above rental standard and is quet and sheltered

Myself and partner stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in June . What can we say but it is by far the best place we have ever stayed in. The owner has really gone out of her way to make sure it is of the highest most possible quality and comfort. .When we arrived we were overwelmed with the size and cleanliness of the place, All of the facilities are fantastic. We would not hestiate to recomend this villa to anyone thinking of going. The area it is in is lovely an quiet but still within reach of the town with plenty of bars and lovely restaurants. It is definitly a credit to elsie

All 3 couples enjoyed are stay; it was fitted out like a home rather than a rental place, hiring the beach towels made the flight across so much easier and the welcome pack made life easier.
To sit down in the evening in quiet surroundings was pure bliss.
Will contact you later in the year to book again for the same time next year.

Owner's Response: Glad it meets your needs as it is a home; the house has the benefit of bedrooms 2 & 3 set up with UK hotel good quality beds that are able to be made up as singles or King size beds, therefore it is ideal for groups (Golfing etc) or several couples going away together.

Can I say that the photo's do not do the house justice, it really is superb - by far the best holiday let we have ever stayed in. We were particularly impressed with the quality of all the fittings and equipment - everything was what we would have expected of a home rather than the functional and disposable furnishings normally encountered.
