This modern and quiet 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and terrace apartments located on a peaceful neighbourhood in the centre of Barcelona are the best option for accommodation of families with children, elderly and in general for people wishing to stay at the same time near to all the city main areas and far of noise. They are an excellent base to visit and shopping in Barcelona because it has easy access to buses, subway (Rocafort or Tarragona) and Railway (Barcelona Sants, the main railway station in Barcelona) They are at 15-20 minutes walking from Olympic facilities and old town main areas, and 200 metres far of Park de Joan Miró, an ideal park for children. Restaurants, shops, market, supermarkets (open all the days uop to midnight)and parking are within walking distance. They are on an actual 2nd and 4th floor with elevator. Central heating, air conditioning, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, crib, Kitchen fully equipped. Bathrooms with bathtub & shower. Bath linen and bedlinen provided.

The apartment is very centred in Barcelona. At 250 meters there is the “Gran Vía” the longest avenue in Barcelona where you can have a great walk to the old city or, in the opposite side, to Plaça de Espanya and to Olympic facilities. Less than 1 km far there is Barcelona Sants (the main railway station of Barcelona) were you can catch the train to most of the long and short distance destinations. Barcelona El Prat airport is 10 km far and you can go to the apartment either by taxi (about 20 euros) bus (the nearest stop is Plaça de Espanya) or train (to Barcelona Sants)

I already stayed in this apartment for the 2nd time with my friends (4 people). The apartment is roomy and practical and a very good choice when travelling with friends. Good value for money.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and it has an easy access to the heart of the center by feet or by metro.

The owner of the house is nice and helpful and we will definitely come back again.

It's a nice, spacious apartment and it was just ideal for us – 5 friends who went to enjoy Barcelona... It was cheaper than the hotel and we could have fun together all the time. Besides, it's located in a very safe neighborhood but also very close to all the tourist attractions in Barcelona.
The owner and everyone else were really nice and helpful. It was the best choice and we would certainly come back.

We stayed in this apartment rather than take two rooms in a hotel - glad we did. It was so convenient and it allowed us maximum flexability. The owner was really helpful - what more could you need?

Would definately use this place again.

nous avons passé un trés bon séjour à barcelone dans cet appartement. il est trés lumineux ,avec une terrasse assez grande pour y manger, calme, propre,meublé sobrement dans le style ikéa. On a vite eu l'impression d'être chez nous.Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants tout autour et les transports en commun nous emportent rapidement dans le centre.De plus pour ne rien gaché nous avons été reçu par un propriétaire très agréable.
