160 metres from Goa's Calangute beach (a minute's wallk to the sands). A ground-plus-one holiday home, with a Goan-style balcao (balcony) at the front and the back. The bungalow has an entrance from the front and the back. There are six furnished bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor in the front, and a mirror image at the back), each with an attached bathroom. There is a living room on the ground floor at the front, as well as at the back. There is one kitchen at the front. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The furniture in each bedroom includes a double bed, an open wardrobe and a dressing table. Two small refrigerators with freezers are available. There's one washing machine, and one kitchen is well stocked with a mixer, a microwave, cutlery, a gas connection, and a two-burner gas stove. A caretaker is present. The house has an inverter back-up for the lights and fans. Value-for-money budget accommodation.

About 300 metres to the right of the bungalow is the bustling Calangute-Baga road, which is dotted with all kinds of restaurants (serving up Continental, Chinese, Tibetan, Indian food), shopping outlets and pubs. To left of the bungalow is of course the sea, and the magnificent Calangute beach. Shacks serving lip-smacking food and a variety of beverages are lined up on the beach, and you can also avail of the facilities for adventure sports like para-sailing and water-skiing. From the bungalow the market of Calangute is a brisk 10-minute walk away, and you can purchase all your essential items here from the supermarket. There's also a restaurant and pub that runs 24-hours. A couple of night markets and a flea market are a short drive away (5-6 km).
