At the foothills of the Luberon, close to the Étang de la Bonde

Renovated sunny farmhouse with traditional materials (stone walls) located in the heart of the countryside and unobstructed view from the foothills of the Luberon to the Sainte Victoire. (Aix). Rolling landscape with vegetation composed of vineyards, oak and pine trees.

Very close to the Étang (lake).

The vaults provide a pleasant temperature during the warm season.

In winter, thanks to a heat pump, you will enjoy a floor heating system, very comfortable and relatively cheap.

Living room: 60 sq.m with fireplace.

Dining room-kitchen: 50 sq.m.

The shaded garden is entirely fenced (ideal for pets).

The pool (8 x 4 x 1,5 m) is secured by a wrought iron balustrade.

On the south side, there is a 30 sq.m terrace with pergola overlooking the pool. Sun loungers and sunbathes are available in the area.

There is a small covered and shaded terrace (20 sq.m) on the north side, in front of the Luberon.

Magnifique maison

Prestations de grandes qualités pour cette villa ! Très bien équipée, parfaite pour notre séjour : grandes chambres, belles salles de bain, grande cuisine....(parfait pour 3 couples et 5 enfants). Une grande terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Sécurité optimale concernant cette dernière ! Accueil très chaleureux de Simone ! Seul tout petit détail : un peu trop de marches entre les pièces et à l'extérieur quand on a des enfants qui commencent à marcher....C'est juste pour trouver un petit "défaut"...

Excellent séjour!

Excellent séjour dans une ferme restaurée de façon impeccable. Maison très propre, chambres jolies et confortables, cuisine très bien équipée, salon frais même en période estivale, piscine à l'eau salée propre et de bonne dimension, 2 terrasses "al fresco" très agréables.

La situation de la maison est excellente: près de l'étang de la Bonde où il est sympa d'aller nager avec les enfants, un restaurant gastronomique y est aussi situé (Restaurant du Lac, http://restaurantdulac.eu/index.php/a-propos/concept), près de plusieurs jolis villages de Provence (Cucuron, Lourmarin, Pertuis, etc.).

Nous y retournerions avec plaisir et recommanderons cette location à tous.
