The wonderful Vista Gloriosa sits on a ridge close to the authentic Spanish village of Godelleta overlooking a magnificent unspoilt valley. The villa is set in substantial gardens with terraces and private pool. It is a short drive or train ride to Valencia city. The house is modern and built to a high standard. The large open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge has flat screen satellite TV, DVD, stereo MP3/CD player. Kitchen has fridge-freezer, Smeg dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. Quality fitted wardrobes are in all bedrooms. A variety of splendid patio furniture and sunloungers are available on the three terraces and separate pool area, plus a BBQ. There are two stylish, modern bathrooms. One en-suite and one family bathroom. One has a large walk in shower, the other has a bath with shower. Always top of the feedback list from guests though, is the glorious unspoilt view over the oranges groves and vineyards to the mountains beyond. Use of house, gardens and pool is exclusive.

Park here for free and for 2 euros take the train to the stunning nearby city of Valencia (about 30 mins). Visit the historic centre or the amazing new 'City of Arts & Science'. Wander through the astounding Jardin del Turia, not so much a park, more a world of opportunities, but once a riverbed! Alternatively, drive inland to the spectacular nearby mountains and lakes. Or perhaps play a round of golf at the nearby El Bosque championship course. Or you may prefer the Bonaire Centre with shops, Cinemas, Bowling, Restaurants - think Bluewater! Also, the Valencia (Ricardo Tormo) MotoGP Circuit is minutes away and the F1 GrandPrix is easy too. The choice is yours.

  • DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT: 25% of fee, non-returnable upon booking. Balance 6 weeks before stay, plus £200 returnable security deposit. (Security deposit returned a few days after departure.) Payment from outside the UK is easily made by international bank transfer.
    * Payment can also be made in Euros. Ask for a quote.
    *An additional €75 Euros cash cleaning and bedding fee is payable locally for all visits. Arrivals after 21.00hrs and all day Sunday will be charged an extra €20 Euros. Arrivals after 22.30hrs are by arrangement only.
  • TOWELS & BEDDING: Towels and bedding are provided (see above). However, please bring your own beach towels for use at the pool or beach.

'Our stay at Vista Gloriosa was practically perfect for all concerned. It is a beautiful villa which has obviously been thoroughly thought out and equipped for guests. The views were stunning and my 5 year old daughter enjoyed the pool and the better than usual DVD and CD collection' Gary, Bournemouth 2007.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the Vista Gloriosa. The situation is unrivalled, with stunning views all round. We loved the surrounding area, and even though we are non-Spanish speaking, found the local people always friendly and helpful. Valencia is easy to reach via both the train, and by car. The villa had everything we needed, including a stock of DVDs for the evenings! Recommended for a thoroughly relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.

What a beautiful house is this! The pictures shown really give a good impression about the house and the magnificant view.

We very much enjoyed our sojourn at Villa Gloriosa. The standard of accomodation and high quality of facilities both for indoor and outdoor living were beyond our expectations -all this and with the beautiful city of Valencia within easy reach made it a holiday to remmber especially the evenings spent on the terrace gazing over the adjacent olive groves sampling the local vino.! We are loking forward to a repeat visit in the next August I can certainly reccomend this property
