Studio apartment with air con and heating, 1 bathroom, sleeps 2 adults

This beautiful studio apartment is located in a quieter area of the old town of Puerto Del Carmen on Calle el Toscon. Situated within a complex of 26 privately owned apartments which boasts its own communal swimming pool, sun terrace and loungers. All have stunning sea views of the old harbour and Fuerteventura. The apt has a king size bed, lounge with chairs and table, wardrobe, drawers plus all linen and towels, (which are not for beach use). There is a newly fitted Sat TV system (BBC, ITV, RTE, etc), Air con and heating, a flatscreen LCD TV, an ipod docking station, CD/radio player, iron and board, hair dryer and a lockable safe. WiFi available on the complex (extra cost). The NEW kitchen area has an oven, twin hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge/freezer. On the balcony you can enjoy the spectacular view while relaxing on the patio furniture. There's a communal washing machine and tumble dryer. There're several amenities close by the apartments. The old town harbor and the beach are a short distance away

Puerto del Carmen is on the south eastern side of the island, 15 kilometres from the airport. The new town is spread along the coast with a very long promenade, white beaches, shops and bars. The old part of the town, where our apartment is situated, has a beautiful harbour, beaches and spectacular cliffs, all within walking distance. At night the restaurants around the harbour are very popular, with fresh locally caught fish on every menu. Lanzarote is well known for its volcanic, lunar type landscape, lava fields, caves, camels, palms and beaches. Some of the sights to see include the volcanic house of the famous Spanish artist and sculpture, Cesar Manrique and his magnificent cactus gardens with over 1,400 species, the National Park of Timanfaya where you can bus trip to the summit of the volcanoes. There is a Sunday market at Teguise in the centre of the island which is popular with locals and tourists alike.

Golf: There is a golf course situated at Costa Teguise, approx 30kms away. A new golf course has been completed just 5Kms away in between Puerto del Carmen and Tias

Situated in the old town of Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the sea, this small complex of 26 studios enjoys fantastic views of the sea and old town harbour, from where you can take a pleasure boat trip, stroll along the waters edge or simply savour the flavour at any one of the typical restaurants that abound. Its location allows you to reach the main centre of the resort with its supermarkets and shops in just a few minutes. Thanks to its position, you can enjoy the fabulous sunshine almost all day long either at the poolside or on any one of the terraces. The apartment has been recently refurbished as has the complex complete a newly fitted kitchen and fridge freezer. The kitchen boasts a new oven and grill. All linen and towels for the apartment are provided. We request you arrive after 14:00 and depart before 10:00, although every effort will be made to accommodate you if you have and earlier arrival or later departure. Airport pick up can be arranged if requested.

I was very nicely surprised by the apartment and the location. I could not fault this apartment in any way, every single thing we needed was provided, it was like a home away from home but with the glorious weather and the sunshine outside your door. I have received an excellent service, would highly recommend and would go back to the apartment in a heart beat. Thank you for a great holiday and the use of this wonderful apartment

This was a perfect apartment in a perfect location for my wife and i during our two week honeymoon.From the moment we stepped off the plane and were greeted by Richard and Linda from total management we felt we were treated impeccably and on the journey back from the airport we were given guidance and advice of where to go.
The apartment was spotlessly clean with all essentials provided. The views from the balcony were stunning and all amenities were only a short walk away.The apartment was in a quiet location.
There are many Restaurants and Bars in the Old Harbour to choose from with excellent food though i must recommend T.J's Caribbean tapas bar which is slightly off the the beaten track but only a 10 minute walk.
I also recommend a water taxi to Puerto Calero from the old harbour then a walk back {about 45mins) along the coastal path.
The pool and sundeck at the apartment was a lovely suntrap or a 20 min walk along the coast gets you to a beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and parasol for hire.
We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing break with guaranteed sunshine all year round in a perfect apartment.

The ideal place to relax and recover from stress etc. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun and view over the harbour and Atlantic Ocean is fantastic.
The studio has everything you need, is nicely maintaind and ideally located near restaurants, pubs and supermarket. Distance to the harbour and surroundings is in walking distance.

Magnificent views

This studio apartment has been extensively upgraded since our last visit. New kitchen now with oven very handy for those wishing to dine in, all mod cons you could possibly need and also now with air conditioning making it extremely comfortable on those very warm nights. Apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival, we booked the transfer with Richard and Linda who look after the cleaning and maintenance and were extremely helpful.
The complex is also very clean with a swimming pool on the lower level. The view from this apartment overloooking the new marina is stunning
Lots of bars and restaurants in complex next door ,and only 5-10 min walk to Puerto del Carmen Old Town.
All in all excellent value for money and we would certainly recommend to friends and family
