Beautiful equipped 2012 house in a protected environment between the countryside and the sea.

A path leads directly to the sea and the GR 34 for beautiful hikes along the shore and rocks.

' The 7 islands ' of Perros-Guirec and the small port of Buguèlès with its boats on the sea are as far as the eye can see.

The rhythm of the tides change the scenery and every night you can admire a different sunset.

The house is semi-detached with the owners but also independent.

Determined through the stone low walls and the barriers.

In the 200m² flower garden with verges and shrubs, you can rest and be tranquil, just with the singing of the birds!

If you have your bicycle, there is also one available and for your pet too.

The best of the rental

Very good isolation, limestone and cannabis plaster, on the traditional walls.

A lovely property with views of the sea. Friendly but non-intrusive owners next door if you have a problem. Impeccably clean throughout and is well kitted out for kitchen equipment etc
It's a lovely part of Brittany, especially in Spring. (because the place isn't swamped with the British). We only saw 2 other British cars on our stay which made it 2 cars away from perfection.
There are good supermarkets within a few minutes drive and some gorgeous walks to be had.
A few minor things to point out I suppose. The wifi signal in the main part of the house is very weak. We failed also to get British TV other than a couple of world news channels. Also, the house is a conversion and like many French properties done this way lacks head height in the bedroom.
Having said that, none of these things stopped us having a great week away and I would readily recommend the property to friends who were looking for a short holiday in France.
