Our home sits on a large South Westerly facing plot (lots of warm evening sunshine and beautiful year round sunsets) and has been extensively landscaped to provide seclusion without detracting from the magical outlook across the large lake, which is inhabited at various times by a host of bird species and the local turtles. The home is situated in a secure gated communitywith facilities that include a club house, children’s play area, tennis courts,basketball court,soccer pitch and a large communal swimming pool. It is within a 10 minute drive of elegant 'old' Naples and the beach.

  • Prices are fully inclusive for up to 6 occupants. For parties of 7-11 please add £50 per person.
    For 1 week lets please add £50.00 to the above quoted weekly rates.
    At certain times of the year we will accept bookings of less than a week. To price, please add £50 to the above rates and then divide by 7 to reach a daily rate,multiple by the number of days you require and then add the cleaning cost of £90 to the total.
    A security deposit of £350 is required on booking.
    Discounts are available for lets exceeding 21days
  • Pool heating by electric heat pump is available @ £80.00 per
  • Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard or visa).
    We will also accept payment in US Dollar cheque or wire transfer.

Notes: The bedroom layout of our home has been designed to accommodate two family occupancy, having two bedrooms (one master and one twin) situated on either side of the villa with a bathroom directly between them. The sleeping areas are doored off from the main living areas to allow movement between bedrooms and bathrooms, without the need to transit via the communal living areas. The two master bedrooms have been built either side of the pool area giving a secure courtyard effect to one end. Both have king size beds with top quality plush Serta mattresses, TV’s, and direct access to the pool area via their own patio doors.

The Living areas.: The home has a large family/tv room, with a ceramic tiled floor as well as a comfortable carpeted lounge. There for two large sofas in each for these living areas. There is a separate dining area which is ideal for formal meals, plus a 'NOOK'(breakfast) area which as an additional table and 6 chairs.

Bedding arrangements: The large third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds, which enables the home to sleep 10 (11 with an additional rollaway) on the basis that 4 people can be accomodated in this room.

The pool area.: The pool furniture consists of a large table and 6 chairs,plus 4 pool loungers. There is also a thermal pool blanket(on a roller) which will help boost the pool temperature,if used at night.
