Perfect holiday rental apartment, available for a week or a minimum of 2 nights. Nearby the beaches of Nice and the very tourist old town. These very charming and different studios, with its fancy and warm decoration, are ideally situated in the heart of the town centre, near all shops and restaurants in the pedestrian area. Very quiet, and located at the rear of the loveliest courtyard in bloom. Completely renovated in 2006, it offers comfort with all the equipments and air conditioning. You can choose the studio with the decoration you like, with a little balcony or without, mezzanine or single-storey. Nearby all amenities, you will hesitate between staying in the studio to relax, enjoying the pleasures of the beach and the seaside walks or discovering the region of Nice. Easily accessible, the car is not indispensable, close to the bus station for all excursions, 20 minutes away by bus from the airport, and at a 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station.

Relax in this charming 25m² studio with a Chinese style, ideal for 2 persons, 4 persons maximum. Entirely air-conditioned, its window opens onto a courtyard where bougainvilleas grow. He has an entrance, a full-equipped open kitchen, separated toilets, a large bed for 2 persons with pillows, and a TV corner with a convertible couch for 2 persons that force you to relax. The very large shower room with pebbles floor will finish seducing you ! Separate WC.

this is a very central amazing place to stay in the heart of nice. quite compact but i was there alone so it was more than sufficient. will definately stay here again

Great location, value and a nice studio overall. Jocelyn has an office on site and runs the restaurant by the apartments which made any concerns we had addressed right away. When we found ants in our apartment, within 15 minutes they were taken care of. This studio is very small, there were three of us and we each had large suitcases, may not work well if you have alot of luggage. Beds were pretty comfortable, no springs or wooden planks poking at you. This studio was very quiet too, no street noise. Walking distance to just about everything there is to do in Nice. Functional for a short or long stay.

Highly recommend Studio Shanghai. Just the right amount of space and great value. Beautiful decor. Jocelyne is very kind and helpful. Wireless internet for free was a plus. Very clean. Loved the large shower and trendy bathroom fixtures. Only issue was slight sulfur smell in bathroom after use and see-through toilet room door. Location couldn't have been better. Restaurant downstairs, Maison de Marie, is excellent.

Fantastic Location

We stayed here for 2 weeks from the 28th May to the 11th
June and would highly recommend these apartments.
Though a bit small it had everything we needed in a very central location, with a wonderful restaurant underneath the apartments. The owners were very helpful when needed. Nice has so much to offer and with very cheap 1 euro bus journeys to places like Cannes, Monaco etc.. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this amazing city.
Owner's Response: This apartment is possible for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children) but for a long stay, it's better for 2 person.

This apartment was fabulous! The location could not be better - central and just minutes from the shopping district and 10 minutes from the beach front. The apartment was very well furnished with everything you would need and the decor was supreme.
I would highly recommend these apartments which are affordable and chic.
