Perfect holiday rental apartment, available for a week or a minimum of 2 nights. Nearby the beaches of Nice and the very tourist old town. These very charming and different studios, with its fancy and warm decoration, are ideally situated in the heart of the town centre, near all shops and restaurants in the pedestrian area. Very quiet, and located at the rear of the loveliest courtyard in bloom. Completely renovated in 2006, it offers comfort with all the equipments and air conditioning. You can choose the studio with the decoration you like, with a little balcony or without, mezzanine or single-storey. Nearby all amenities, you will hesitate between staying in the studio to relax, enjoying the pleasures of the beach and the seaside walks or discovering the region of Nice. Easily accessible, the car is not indispensable, close to the bus station for all excursions, 20 minutes away by bus from the airport, and at a 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station.

Studio-mezzanine of 21 m² with a small balcony and a sunroof with warm colours. Entirely air-conditioned and soundproofed, sunny in the mornings, its French door opens onto a typical 'Niçois' small balcony leading to a quiet and flowered courtyard. It includes separated toilets, an American kitchen, a TV-lounge with 2 armchairs and 1 table. A wooden staircase with a wrought-iron handrail leads to a mezzanine with a large bed and a shower room with pebbles floor. A roof window offers to the whole a beautiful brightness. It is ideal for a romantic stay for 2 persons.

Die Bilder geben das Studio exakt wieder. Es ist klein, die Treppe relativ steil und die Decke oben niedrig.
Das war für uns aber völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten wirklich alles was wir brauchten. Die Küche war für uns perfekt ausgestattet, das Studio sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr nett (sie hat sogar Deutsch gesprochen).
Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der kleine Balkon war für mich als Raucherin prima. Und trotz des Trubels in der Innenstadt (die Lage ist wirklich total zentral) hatten wir nur ruhige Nächte (wegen des Innenhofs).
Das Restaurant, welches im Innenhof liegt können wir auch nur empfehlen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass wenn im Sommer die Gäste im Innenhof essen, es etwas lauter wird. Aber ein Restaurant ist ja nicht bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet.
Uns hat es prima gefallen und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal hier wohnen.
