Perfect holiday rental apartment, available for a week or a minimum of 2 nights. Nearby the beaches of Nice and the very tourist old town. These very charming and different studios, with its fancy and warm decoration, are ideally situated in the heart of the town centre, near all shops and restaurants in the pedestrian area. Very quiet, and located at the rear of the loveliest courtyard in bloom. Completely renovated in 2006, it offers comfort with all the equipments and air conditioning. You can choose the studio with the decoration you like, with a little balcony or without, mezzanine or single-storey. Nearby all amenities, you will hesitate between staying in the studio to relax, enjoying the pleasures of the beach and the seaside walks or discovering the region of Nice. Easily accessible, the car is not indispensable, close to the bus station for all excursions, 20 minutes away by bus from the airport, and at a 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station.

On 3rd floor, privilege place awaiting you - A Private and quiet terrace roof, in the heart of Nice. The 30m² apartment is very bright. The French window opens onto a large 22m² terrace where you can have your meals or relax on sun loungers choosing between shade or sun. This studio is totally soundproofed and air conditioned. There is one bathroom with large Italian shower, double basin, toilets and vanity unit. The main room has soft and warm Japan colours. The large bed with its 160 x 200 cm futon invites you to dream. You can have your meals in the fully equipped open kitchen or on the terrace. The high tech equipment of modern Japan is included with large 94 cm LCD screen, cable with stranger channels, DVD, free wireless internet access.For 2 people. No Smoking.

Relaxing place to stay in Central Nice

This apartment was ideal for a couple , the private roof terrace was an added bonus , where we could sit drinking coffee from the superb "nespresso" coffee machine which was part of the kitchen. The location was very central and just minutes from the shopping district and 10 minutes walk from the beach front. Jocelyne was very pleasant and accommodating to deal with ; she also is the proprietor of the restuarant downstairs in the courtyard which serves excellent food.

We would highly reccommend this apartment and hope to return sometime in the near future.
