Situated directly on the port/marina with all port and pool views from its two spacious balconies. Property is 10 minutes stroll into the centre of the resort along the main promenade. The apartment has three large bedrooms: 1 king; 1 double; 1 twin, two bathrooms and three toilet facilities. The bedrooms are accessed via a separate corridor not through the lounge, making a lot of privacy. The apartment is very spacious with a large lounge, dining facilities and a spacious kitchen which contains fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave and washing machine.

The apartment is situated on the Estepona port and marina. Estepona is a very Spanish town with many Spanish bars and restaurants situated in the Marina and 10mins walk along the promenade in the main town. Estepona is situated approximately 50 miles (70km) West from Malaga airport about 45 minute drive on autoroute and approx 20miles from Gibralter. The best way to get to Estepona is by self drive car from Malaga airport. It may be possible to take a Taxi, prices should be confirmed before travelling. We can provide the telephone number of an English speaking taxi service if needed.

Boats and Fishing: Estepona and nearby towns have very good facilities for Sea fishing both on land and by boat. Pleasure boat excursions are also available including trips to Morroco.

Golf: There are many very good golf courses within short driving distance, these include Estepona, Ducasa, Sotogrande, Valderama, San Roque. Estepona Golf is approx 5 minutes drive away.

Shops, Bars and Restaurants: Estepona has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants with a distinctively Spanish edge. The nearby Marina and Port has good restaurants and hosts a local craft market on Sunday Morning -well worth a visit. There is also a large open air market to the edge of town on Wednesdays.

Well, we are now back in England, feeling cold and wishing we were back in
Estepona!
We had a great time and wanted to thank you for letting us use your
fantastic apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were very well
provided for. We found the apartment very spacious with ample crockery,
cooking facilities, storage, even hooks for coats etc, the sort of things
that sometimes do not feature in holiday lets. The chess board was a
particular favourite! We loved the views and proximity to the marina, as
well as Estepona itself and the excellent beach. My parents used to own a
small holiday home in Cornwall, with books, local info and maps, DVD's,
beach items etc already there, and your apartment felt just as comfortable!
We hope that we will be able to return to Estepona and your apartment again
at some stage in the future.

We have recently returned from 10 wonderful days staying in this apartment.

It has gorgeous views over the port and the Med. Every morning we would watch the sun come up over the horizon.

Very clean and well equipped.

One or two suggestions. As the kitchen is large a dishwasher would be an advantage, especially if families are staying and the small item of a tray.

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic holiday in this apartment. The description given was exact with many things better than expected. There were 6 in our group, 3 adults and 3 children. There was more than enough space for all, the lounge was very comfy, and three good double bedrooms with plenty of storage. The two bathrooms and extra toilet made life a lot easier especially after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and clean as was the entire apartment; we ate in for some meals so the large balcony was often used this made for a very relaxing meal.
A good selection of shops and restaurants are within easy reach and the supermarket next to information centre will provide all the food you need and is cheaper than Open Cor .
The beach was close with very good facilities; the children also enjoyed the pool. We visited Gibraltar, Ronda, Marbella, Puerto Banus,Mijas and a Water Park using public transport buses not always running to time but it is away of getting round. We also enjoyed walking a long the beach to the old town of Estepona , a local travel agent also booked a coach trip to Seville for us.
We would recommend the apartment with out any hesitation as the booking was very easy, and talking or e-mailing the owner meant we could ask anything we needed to know.

Top holiday in top apartment

We have just arrived from 3 wonderful weeks i Estepona - and the apartment was great. Lots of space and enough baths and bedrooms for our teenagers to use the time they wanted for freshing up. Our contact with owner was very good from the first request this winter, and he even took contact under our stay for to make sure it was all right.
The location was good, and the view over the marina even better . The property seemed well maintained - it was clean everywhere expect from the kitchen where glasses and closets could need a real clean-over.. (We are sure it will be done when owner read this...)

Estepona was a nice city with good beaches and we made day-trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella and Malaga - and we had an overnight-stay in Morocco.
We rented a car - but if others do - we strongly recommand them not to try to drive into the apartment complexs parkingarea - not even for dropping luggage. It was much easier to drive and park by the Supermarked just over the road !

We sure can recommand this apartment to friends !

This apartment has fantastic extensive marina and sea views. The communal pool is well maintained and useful for children. Conveniently located for the (easy walking distance) marina, beach and Estepona old town. The marina is relaxed but lively enough to offer a range of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of handy supermarkets, as well as hosting a craft market on Sundays.
