The complex is great for both kids and adults alike with quiet reading areas to relax away from the pool or to enjoy the acclimatised super clean pool is a pleasure.

The gardens are superbly managed and maintained and a pleasure to sit and relax in.

The grounds and car parking are security gated.

This apartment has excellent views, difficult to beat, to the beach, sea, Gibralter and Morroco. Situated directly on the beach with beach views from all windows and balcony, close to marina.

Property is a short stroll into the centre of the resort along the main promenade.

The apartment has two large bedrooms: 1 double; 1 twin, one bathroom one shower room both with toilet facilities. The apartment is spacious with a large lounge with dining facilities and a spacious kitchen which contains fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave and washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee making equipment..

Boats and Fishing: Estepona and nearby towns have very good facilities for Sea fishing both on land and by boat.

Pleasure boat excursions are also available including trips to Morroco.

Golf: There are many very good golf courses within short driving distance, these include Estepona, Ducasa, Sotogrande, Valderama, San Roque. Estepona Golf is approx 5 minutes drive away.

Shops, Bars and Restaurants: Estepona has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants with a distinctively Spanish edge. The nearby Marina and Port has good restaurants and hosts a local craft market on Sunday Morning -well worth a visit. There is also a large open air market to the edge of town on Wednesdays.

Well, we are now back in England, feeling cold and wishing we were back in
Estepona!
We had a great time and wanted to thank you for letting us use your
fantastic apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were very well
provided for. We found the apartment very spacious with ample crockery,
cooking facilities, storage, even hooks for coats etc, the sort of things
that sometimes do not feature in holiday lets. The chess board was a
particular favourite! We loved the views and proximity to the marina, as
well as Estepona itself and the excellent beach. My parents used to own a
small holiday home in Cornwall, with books, local info and maps, DVD's,
beach items etc already there, and your apartment felt just as comfortable!
We hope that we will be able to return to Estepona and your apartment again
at some stage in the future.

Beautiful apartment - beautiful place

Both my dad and I had a fantastic time at the apartment. It couldn’t have been more convenient and barely a day went by without us passing comment on its situation with regards to the beach, the chiringuitos and the marina. The property itself is beautiful and the grounds are impeccably manicured.

We also had no problems whatsoever in terms of picking up/dropping off keys and Joy was very accommodating.

In all, it was a massive wrench to have to leave, but I hope that we will have the opportunity to return sometime soon. I honestly can't see how we could improve on this for accommodation in Estepona.

Perfect Location

My family and I have just returned from a week's stay at Malcolm's apartment.
The apartment is exactly as described and suited the needs of a family of four adults perfectly.
The location is wonderful, stunning views from the balcony and all windows.
The apartment is beautifully clean and fully equipped. There is no air conditioning, which we were aware of, but it wasn't a problem, although whether that would be in case in July or August!
The gardens are absolutley stunning.
The Marina is about a 5 or 6 minute walk away with lots of bars and restaurants and the town a further 10 or 15 minutes. Huge choice of places to eat here.
We don't very often repeat visit places but we can definitely see ourselves returning to Malcolm's apartment for an out of season holiday.

We spent a week in Malcom's apartment in Estepona last October and it was just fabulous. It provided everything we needed and much more besides. There was just the two of us so we felt very spoilt with all that space! The standard of the accommodation was excellent. Malcom has provided everything you could possibly want for a home from home experience. The location is also excellent - lovely view of the harbour and a short stroll to very good local bars and restaurants. Strolling slightly further along the pretty sea front promenade for 10 or so minutes took you into Estepona centre with yet more choice of excellent restaurants. We didn't bother with a hire car this time so we used the local bus service to take us back to Malaga and the airport home which proved to be very convenient. Would definately recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic apartment

We had a great holiday in this very well equipped, clean, spacious & well situated apartment.
The owner was very helpful from the moment we sent off our enquiry, everything was accurately described and the location could not be bettered in our view.
It is a real home from home with everything you could wish for, centrally situated with lovely views over the marina to the front & the pool to the side. The balcony off the en-suite bedroom was just perfect for an early evening g & t in the sun before a short stroll down to the marina for dinner. The walk along the promenade into town only takes 10/15 mins if you wish for a change of scenery but there is plenty of choice of good restaurants, bars & beaches within a few hundred metres of the apartment.
We were pleased we chose Estepona because whilst being geared up for tourists it also retains its Spanish charm & is well situated for exploring the surrounding area.
We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends & family & would certainly like to return some day.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

The apartment is situated on the Cristel beach near to Estepona port and marina. Estepona is a very Spanish town with many Spanish bars and restaurants also good quality shops on the high street. The apartment is situated in the Marina and it is only a leisurely stroll into the centre of town.

There are many good quality golf courses nearby and the apartment is a good way to have a combined golf and beach leisure holiday.

There is excellent sight seeing only a car drive away including Gibraltar, the Rhonda National Park and Marbella.

Estepona is situated approximately 50 miles (70km) West from Malaga airport about 45 minute drive on autoroute and approx 20miles from Gibralter. The best way to get to Estepona is by self drive car from Malaga airport. It may be possible to take a Taxi, prices should be confirmed before travelling. We can provide the telephone number of an English speaking taxi service if needed.

Golf: There are many good and some Famous golf courses within a short driving distance.
