Quiet and tranquillity in this bright, quiet studio with sunny terrace. Place for 2 bikes. The sea, the beaches, the coastal path of the peninsula, the restaurants and shops of the Croisic are at the bottom of the building. You can stroll around city with a heritage rich in historical monuments. Admire the colours of the landscape, which inspired many painters. Le Croisic, 'small city of character' seal of approval fishing harbour and marina, departure for the islands: Belle-île, Houat and Hoëdic. salterns with nature heritage to discover: the work of the marsh-dwelling, the richness of the fauna and flora, calash ride, walks organized by the LPO (Bird Protection League), medieval get away at Guerande in the alleyways of the fortified city. Rides in barges in the middle of the reeds of the Nature Park of the Brière. A little bit further, approximately 80 km: Nantes, Vannes and the Bay of the Morbihan, the Roche-Bernard, another nice city on the Vilaine river.

  • The sleeping area has a 1m40 bed, with view of the terrace. You will also find as extra bedding, an air mattress of 1m20. Fleece blankets and duvet available. The studio has 2 large cupboards. You will find the documentation on the Croisic, guides (hikes, bird watching), some books, comic books and board games, 10x50 binoculars, an iron and ironing board. Additional furniture: 2 armchairs and a chest. A small hi-fi stereo system. The digital TV attached to the wall can be oriented towards the armchairs or the kitchen table. In the chest, you will find the mattresses and pillows for the garden furniture, the deckchairs and the chairs. The electrical convector heating system allows to quickly adjust the temperature of the room. The air-conditioning column can also be used when it is too hot, during summer.

Notes: The kitchen is equipped with 4 hobs, a microwave, a small traditional oven, and all necessary accessories and utensils: electric coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, mixer ... Kitchen table with 3 chairs. The terrace has a very good exterior lighting allowing to extend your evening during summer. The studio is not humid and well ventilated thanks to a VMC ventilation. It is very bright thanks to a natural lighting through the large picture window, but I did not make any restriction either on the interior lighting.... In the bicycle room, 2 bikes are at your disposal. Free municipal parking lot of 100 places facing the building.
