Up in the heights of Hyeres, we have a beautifully built house in a residential area with a private pool, a panoramic view of the sea and the Porquerolles island, located 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beaches by car. 140 sq.m house in a haven of 3200 sq.m greenery with a forest of oak trees.

Very comfortable house, tastefully furnished with a blend of old and new. Pool house with a barbecue, cooking hob, terrace with table and chairs for meals outside. Shade net for daytime.

At night, the lit-up medieval castle facing the house will enliven your nights.

Pool with 6 sun loungers, solar shower, floor-level lighting on terraces, view of the sea and the Porquerolles island.

Palm trees liven up the terraces. Veranda for chilly nights with a large lounge room. Detached house with unobstructed view.

Hyeres has 20 km of beaches (1 nude beach), 3 islands to visit (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Le Levant), 3 parks: 1 botanical garden, 1 exotic garden, 1 garden in the heights of the medieval town, la Capte with its salt marshes, the Giens peninsula, and Borrels valley known for its wine and fruits. The markets of Provence are spread throughout downtown to the seaside. You will be given brochures for the region and we will help you decide which sites to visit.

Charges included
We require a cheque of 30% of the total upon booking, or a transfer for those outside the country.
The balance is due by cheque 1 month prior to your arrival or by cash upon arrival.
The rates shown are for the entire stay for 6 people and includes water, electricity, sheets, and tea towels.
A 30% deposit of the total will be required when booking, and a rental agreement will be sent back to you by mail. The remaining balance must be paid by cheque one month before you arrive or by cash on the day you arrive.
A security deposit of 1500€ must be paid upon arrival by cheque (not cashed) but will be returned when you leave after the house inspection.
Expect a 100€ cleaning charge to be paid when you arrive.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday; the house will be available around 4 pm the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of your departure.
Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
Damage deposit: EUR1,500.00
