This charming villa boasts breathtaking sea views with a large terrace on the upper level and a pretty garden with private pool on the lower level. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge on upper level with a separate apartment containing a further 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen and lounge (with double sofa bed) on lower level each with its own entrance making this villa ideal for a larger group or 2 separate families. Also ideal for golfers. It is fully equipped to a high standard and benefits from a covered terrace with table tennis and pool table. The villa is situated in a very sought after area and is in a peaceful location yet within a few minutes from the beach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Linen and towels (1 hand, 1 bath towel per person) including tea towels are provided with the exception of beach towels. Weekly cleaning and change of linen/towels is provided.

    High chair and cot available on request.
  • Rental times are 15.00 hrs on arrival date and 10.00hrs on departure date. These can be flexible depending on whether we have rentals arriving or departing on the same day.
    Changeover days are flexible.
    Arrivals after 10pm are subject to a surcharge of £30. Prices are based on weekly rentals. For rentals of less than 1 week please ask for nightly rate.
    On booking a holding deposit is required and once the payment of the villa is made this then becomes a security deposit in case of damages/breakages and is returned to you after 7 days.

LOCAL AREA: Activities for the families include Tivoli World (Theme Park), Selwo Dolphin Park, Sea LIfe Centre, Ice Skating, Crocodile Park (Torremolinos), Water Parks (Fuengirola and Torremolinos), Fuengirola Zoo, Mountain top Cable car upto Calamorro mountain (724 meters) and beautiful Paloma park with its lake and small animal area. Nightlife includes excellent bars and restaurants in the beautiful Marina of Benalmadena with plenty of shops and family activities or late night bars/clubs in the towns of Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. Other activities include swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, diving, surfing.

Great villa!

8 of us stayed in this villa in september 2008, we had a great time, the villa was just perfect for a group of friends and it would work really well for 2 families as it has separate living and cooking areas.

The villa does have fab views, but it is very high up and the walk up the hill to get to it is very tiring and steep, car hire would be useful, but we managed with walking and the odd taxi.

The villa was very clean and well kept, and the owner is very friendly and will help you in any way she can.

The villa has such a well equipped (new) kitchen, and the fridge is very good as it has a water/ice dispenser on the front which are filtered so you dont need to buy bottled water!

I would recommend this villa for any group looking for a relaxing week in Spain.

Perfect place for groups

We chose this villa to celebrate my hen-do, 11 of us stayed at this villa and it was absolutely perfect. We decided to hire 2 cars from Record cars based at Malaga airport - very reasonable and no queues. Transfer to the villa was only approx 20 mins and easy to find as Alison provided accurate directions.Upon arrival at the villa we were very pleased with the location - quiet and the villa is not overlooked with great views of the sea. We were met by the owners mother who was extremely helpful. The description is very accurate, the layout is fantastic for large parties and the pool area and outside gardens are very spacious. There is a lso a shaded area if the sun gets to hot for you. There is a large supermarkets 5 mins away. The property were spotless, the beds were very confortable and the kitchen/bathroom facilities were modern and up to date. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are definitely going to return in 2009

Excellent Villa, Highly recomended.

My family and I stayed here last week and loved every minute of it. The Villa was all that we imagined and more. The pool was fantastic and we could not get enough of it as we were in 34 degree heat every day ! The decor is fantastic and the fridge has its own ice cube maker with filtered water which was a blessing. All the rooms were very comfy and had either aircon or fans which were definately needed. All in all it was a great place to stay whether you wanted to lounge around in the villa all day or go and explore your surroundings which of course you would need a car for, we would gladly come and stay here again in the future.
