You are at home. "la Flamboyante" villa is a beautiful new Creole accommodation, located at Cap Chevalier, on the city of Sainte Anne at the South extreme of Martinique. The house: on the hillsides of Cap, very nicely ventilated by the trade winds, combines the highest comfort, mildness and elegance.

To the South of the island "La Flamboyante" is the heart of the most beautiful white sandy beaches, Anse Michel, ilet Chevalier, Pointe du Marin, Ste Anne, and of course the Salines. You are close to the restaurants of the marina of Marin and you have a hotspot in the marina, and all the available activities.

  • A deposit of 30 per cent must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid 15 days before the arrival as well as the security deposit of 1000 Euros that will not be cashed, if you pay it by cheque. If you cancel less than one month before the arrival, you must pay us the full amount of the stay.

  • Before your arrival we will provide you a detailed map to get to the villa. We will welcome you with a supper aperitif and the necessary to have breakfast on the following day, because after 9 hours of plane it is good to relax and go shopping on the following day.   • There are three bedrooms: the first one has a 160 cm four-posters bed, very comfortable with a pure latex mattress, perfect in the island because it keeps the coolness, and it also has a closet, and of course is air-conditioned. The second one has a 140 cm bed, and the same services. The third one with two 90 cm beds, also with air-conditioning. If you have a baby you will find a portacot and a high chair; And we also provide a sofa bed.

Notes: About the equipment: the kitchen has a two door refrigerator "ice maker and water dispenser", hobs, oven, extractor, washing machine and dishwasher. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils: electrical coffee maker, toaster, Kenwood food processor, plancha, electric grill, electric barbecue and iron, vacuum cleaner. The kitchen also has a fan. The 35 sqm living area is furnished in heavy teak and has a sofa and 2 armchairs around a coffee table, a 106 cm television with Canalsat and a sofa bed. This room is air-conditioned but has also 2 fans. We can access to the terrace by the kitchen and the living area: it is equipped with a family table and with 8 teak chairs to eat close to the pool, enjoying the view of the mornes (mountains). There is a small living room close by. The property is protected by a wire mesh hedge, an electric gate and an inside parking. For the other, see the attached pictures.
