In the heart of « Le val de Loire » world-wide Heritage acknowledged by the UNESCO , "La Cotinière" accommodates you for a stay in the Regional Nature Reserve "Loire Anjou Touraine".

Its ideal geographical situation halfway between Angers and Saumur enables you to be in contact with what makes the Anjou such a nice and well-known area.

The Loire chateaux, the vineyards of Anjou-Saumur, the cave-dwellings, the megaliths, the vast green areas, , the Loire Valley

What was of utmost importance for us was to preserve the authentic character of this eighteenth century dwelling near "la Loire".

"La Cotinière" is a typical cave-dwelling whole in the Vallée de la Loire. It gathers 3 houses, one covered barn ( a private car parking, motorbikes, etc?), an inner yard, a vast piece of land with an orchard, a vegetable garden , lawn, all of which surrounded by beautiful flowerbeds.
