Primavera Villa of 100 m², at the garden level for 6 persons max. The construction is new (2009). It includes 3 bedrooms with each a bathroom. There are 3 toilets. South exposure with panoramic view in a 5000 m² planted with trees environment of private green spaces. Self-catering, with no direct neighbour, it is at 40 m at least from any other habitation or road (D. 952). The living room has 2 large bay-windows; the one facing south opens on a terrace (3m x 5m). A dining area and a living area with satellite television (186 channels) and DVD. The kitchen is integrated, fully equipped and adjoining a bar. The 3 bedrooms are all opened by a French-window on South side. The swimming pool is secured by an automatic awning with a key-control mechanism. It has no chlorine (UV disinfection). Games: ping-pong, swing...Satisfied or refunded. If you are not satisfied at arrival, the contract will be cancelled and the deposit refunded.

The Primavera Villa is located in the heart of Provence, in the Regional Park of Verdon, at an altitude of 200 m. The climate is Mediterranean with an average of 300 sunshine days a year. Because of the purity its air, the department of Alpes de Haute Provence is the only French Department with 0 rate of childhood asthma. The panoramic view goes from from Château des Templiers de Gréoux to the crest of Montdenier (40 km). Near the lakes of Esparron and Ste-Croix, the Verdon Gorge, Moustier Ste-Marie and the Valensole plain. The thermal resort of Gréoux (classic cure, min-cure and well-being stays) is 4 km away. Picturesque and animated village with casino, cinema, and more than 20 restaurants. Aix-en-Provence is 40 min away by the motorway. Manosque is 20 min away. The Mediterranean Sea and the Alps are 1 h away. A “Casino” supermarket (open on Sunday mornings) is located 1800 m from the villa.

  • The week, during high-season, July and August, costs 1350 Euro. During mid-season, June and September, it costs 1100 Euro. During low season: 950 Euro. The deposit costs 25 per cent of the rental. It is refundable if, upon arrival, the client is not satisfied. The security deposit is of 500 Euro. The deposit and security deposit cheques are normally not cashed. Bank account number on request for bank transfer. For one week: 100 Euro additional.
  • The rental starts on Saturday from 4 p.m. and ends on the next Saturday at 10 a.m. The access to the garden can exceeds these limits. The local tax, the sheets and the charges. The cleaning of 50 Euro will not be collected if the house is given back clean. A civil responsibility attestation for holidays is requested, generally included in the multi-risk one of the main habitation. Pets are not allowed.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 15% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR500.00
