DIRECTIONS: If you are coming from NORTH: take motorway A1 and leave it at the exit Firenze Certosa; then take Junction SI-FI. If you are coming from SOUTH: take motorway A1 and leave it at the exit Val di Chiana Bettolle; then take Junction Siena-Bettolle. When you get to Siena, take road S408, towards Montevarchi; once you get to Pianella, go on for 1 km and then turn right to S.Regolo on road C24; the road C24 is the second right turn after You pass through Pianella. Go on for about 2 km, and you will get to Lucignano II. To easy get the Villa We strongly recommend only the route above. Don't go to A1 Valdarno Exit or Greve in Chianti.   • The rent include the apartment 'La Mangiatoia' at ground floor (4 People): 2 twin/double bedrooms with one shared toilette, kitchen, dining room-living room with fireplace on the ground floor. Electricity, gas, water, weekly change of bed linen and bath towels, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair-drier, barbecue, patio, garden, garden furniture, private parking. The use of Villa is not exclusive, others guests could be present in the other apartment at first floor (max 6 People).
  • CHECK-IN: from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm; If you are late please call (+39) 3281337055. CHECK-OUT: before 9:30 am of the day following the last night of stay. PAYMENT: 50 % in cash or by credit card (Visa, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro) at Check-In; 50% as caution money by credit card or bank transfer at confirmation of booking. The caution money will be entirely lost in event of cancellation of reservation. HEATING AND FIREWOOD: heating EUR 25 per apartment per day on request only, firewood EUR 20 for 100 kilos on request only to pay at Check-In. DEPOSIT: EUR 150 cash per apartment, the whole of which you will be given back at Check-Out, provided that no damage is found in the apartment. FINAL CLEANING: EUR 15 per head adults only to pay at Check-In. EXTRA: 1 extra bed at EUR 30 per night, 1 baby cot for free on request only. Notes: The Living/Dining Room, spacious and elegant, in Alberese stone and Tuscan cotto, is provided with a big country-style fireplace between two comfortable armchairs and one nice little sofa. The ancient cattle manger, now turned into a cupboard, and the solid walnut table characterise the dining area, always full of light thanks to the window and the two glass doors opening onto the garden. The Kitchen, in solid cherry wood and pink marble, is provided with cooking top, oven, dishwasher and double sink. A bright window overlooks the garden and the surrounding woods. The well-kept Garden surrounding the Villa is rich in fresh shady places provided by tall, slender pine-trees. Strolling among the ancient olives, you will enjoy the natural fragrance of lavender, sage, rosemary and mint bushes. The wide Terrace in Tuscan cotto, overlooking the green tract of the surrounding woods, will be the ideal setting for your candle-lit summer dinners. The Lawn of Villa is the perfect place to relax.

SIGHTSEEING TOURS OF TOWNS: The location of the Villa is the ideal starting point for cultural tours (even one-day long) of the main Tuscan towns. TREKKING AND CYCLING: For the lovers of trekking and cycling there is a wide range of charming paths and white roads crossing breath-taking landscapes. ART, MUSEUMS, EXHIBITIONS: The Provincia of Siena and all Tuscany boast a lot of museums known all around the world, where one can find all through the year Renaissance, Mediaeval, Ancient, Etruscan works of art. Absolutely stunning in every regard. From the personal warm welcome, to the final farewell, we couldn't have asked for more. Comfortable, clean, secluded and well equipped. We were able to sightsee in a different direction each day. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and have a view days to simply hang out at the villa.
