This luxury 6 bed 5 bath villa is set in The Abbey at West Haven, Davenport, Champions Gate. Free Wifi internet With fully fitted games room including a full size pool table; air Hockey and Table Football. The Villa is over 3000sq feet ideal for large families and has so many bathrooms that no time is wasted waiting for a free one in the morning which means more time at the parks, Shopping or just lazing around the Pool! There is a very large pool deck area with a 28ft pool and a 7ft marble overflow Jacuzzi. For the safety of children all doors leading to the Pool area are alarmed. Disney is just 10 minutes away, fine restaurants and shops only 2 minutes away. There are two master suites, one double en-suite, one double and two twin room of which one is Disney themed. The Abbey is a small community of just 58 Villas set in a tranquil private gated development with its own lake. This is the perfect retreat after a long day at the parks.

Champions gate has one of the top golf courses in the area designed by Greg Norman. Also our management company are located there and always on hand to help you. They also have Free internet and e-mail services for all our guest to use.

We had a wonderful time. The home was very comfortable and ideally located. We look forward to coming back real soon.
Great location, excellent Villa great pool. We normally stay in hotels, but much prefer staying in this Villa, look forward to rebooking and coming again. had a fantastic holiday.
The weather is fabulous and Disney World is Amazing ( as usual) The home holds all 12 of us just great, We loved our stay no one wants to leave.
Fabulous villa, great layout, perfect location. Florida Spirit response first class. pool greatly enjoyed by all.
hi Nigel, hols were great, villa was brilliant, would not hesitate to book you again. there is whoever, one small complaint, the coffee table was to far from the sofa, I had to stretch to get my beer

Outstanding Villa

We have just returned from two weeks in this villa and it did not disappoint. It was extremely spacious and equipped with everything you could possible imagine. The kitchen was fully equipped although we didn't use it as we mostly ate out. Lovely dinning area and a nice big lounge with TV and DVD player. The bedrooms were all very big with my god son having a choice of the rooms he picked the Disney themed one complete with cuddly toys. The downstairs master bedroom was something else. This was my room, and it was so big I almost needed a map to find my way around. All rooms again equipped with TVs, air con etc.
Now for the pool. This was used from the time we got up till the time we went to bed. Its a big pool with a Jacuzzi at the end. Great for just floating around. Think I actually liked it more than the kids. Around the pool area there is an under cover area for chilling in the shade but also plenty of area to sun bathe. It is fully equipped with sun lounges etc and even has an outside toilet and shower so you don't need to go through the house wet.
The villa is only 20 mins drive from all the main attractions and very easy to get to from the airport.
All in all this was a fantastic holiday and we cant wait to go back again.
Would recommend this to anyone who asks.

First class villa in a great location

I would recommend this villa without hesitation. The location is on a small, gated community and is very quiet, but only 2 mins drive from the I4 and 10-15 mins from disney. The villa is spacious, airy, well equipped and the beds are very comfortable!

The pool and jacuzzi is great. A friend of ours recommended we have pool heat even though the temperatures were well into the 30s centigrade. This was good advice as the pool was great to swim in early morning or very late at night.

This was our first trip to the USA and it is one of the best holidays we have had. Coming back to the villa after a day out and heading staright for the pool was bliss!

We went searching for a restaurant the day we arrived and with hindsight would have headed for the 192. That is a few junctions East on the I4 (10 minutes?). The 192 has many restaurants and is easy to get to.

I have already recommended the villa to friends. The owners were a delight to deal with and very helpful.
