Eze sur mer, in a cul de sac, very quiet large and well equipped apartment, surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees, with a little view on the sea. Beach is only 5 min's walk down the hill, only 10 min from Monaco and 20 min's from Nice, to enjoy a family time or a off season break and feel at home, this is the place to be. Private parking, very safe area and family friendly neighbourhood. Beaulieu sur mer is only 2 mn's drive away, for all your shopping, large grocery store, restaurants.

Eze sur Mer is situated on the Basse Corniche road between Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Cap d'Ail. It is barely a hiccup on this long and craggy coastline that boats bays and headlands of dramatic beauty and yet Eze sur Mer has a special appeal and somehow manages to avoid crowds and maintain a peace and serenity. It is a remarkable spot, seemingly remote on this busy coastline it somehow avoids the crowds and therefore feels like an exclusive club for those 'in the know', like Bono and the Edge from the U2 who both own houses by Eze sur Mer's beach. Eze sur Mer is the ribbon of seaside that belongs to the towering perched village of Eze, which looms so close and yet so distant. It is very common in this part of France, famous for it's lofty ancient towns, for the mountain top villages to have a corresponding stretch of coastline.   • The apartment is in family 3 independent floor's building, right in the middle. From the entrance you'll walk in a very large living room with many windows and lots of light, looking at the trees outside, comfy couch, an open kitchen with dining area, and access to the balcony. The main bedroom is at the back, with a king size bed. From the hall way, one queen size bedroom decorated in red and linen, with view on the trees, and a twin double room, perfect for kids. Also a large bathroom with a window, and a separate shower room with an additional toilet is quite handy when the flat is full! All the comfort, tastefully and simply decorated, the flat is improved all the time, because it's really important for the owner to make you feel at home. In the kitchen a gas stove, oven, washing machine, fridge, anything you need to cook a French meal with our great local products! A list of things to do, where to go, and our secret restaurants and shopping addresses will be in the apartment
