Situation : Address : 18 rue Victor Cousin - 2 minutes walk from the Croisette and its beaches - 2 minutes from the famous Rue d'Antibes (temple of shopping !) - 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals of Cannes with its famous congresses and International Festivals (MIPIM, MIPCOM, TAX-FREE, Cannes Films Festival, MIPTV, etc). The "Carré d'Or" is an a typical area of Cannes with a lot of animations: lounge bars, coffee bar, tapas, restaurants, etc... You will appreciate the evenings outside, seated on a comfortable sofa, with a lounge music and a glass of cocktail or champagne!! The morning, the street is very quiet so you can sleep!! And in any case, there is double windows at this studio and the evening, the music is not loud. And of course, you can have your private area on the Royale Beach for a VIP treatment!!!
