Lovely home from home villa in fab location

We arrived at the community entrance late in the evening and were pleased to discover that we were expected, and were directed to the villa. The keys were where we expected to find them and we entered what was to be our home for the next two weeks. Our initial reaction was that the villa was beautifully presented and huge. The furniture in all the rooms was lovely, all was comfortable and the added little touches made it even more welcoming (ie pretty soaps in bathrooms). The house was well equiped with a fantastic kitchen, and large washing machine and dryer, which we used to maximum affect and took the minimum of clothing with us. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely especially after a long day in the parks, the kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. Also a big hit with the kids was the garage area which housed the air hockey machine and pool table. The beds were all really comfortable and we had no problems getting a good nights sleep, the en-suite bathrooms made the bedrooms even better.
The management company that look after this villa were really helpful, the owner passed on their email details to me, as I wanted to see if they could get in a few food items for our arrival. Annette was very helpful and asked me send a list to her of what I would like, on arrival our food was there (not a full shop, but enough to sort breakfast on the first day) and we paid later in the holiday when we met Annette and her husband Mark, who manage the property.
The villa was in a great location, just off the Hwy 192 and a short distance from Disney, it was literally a 5 - 10 minute drive to the parks. It was a fairly simple journey to Seaworld and the outlet stores, via the Interstate 4. The 192 has a wealth of restaurants, and having two young children we found Denny's and Ihop were the best value for money for us, although the Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney was a big hit too.
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone, it was comfortable and felt like a home that someone cared about, rather than a holiday rental.
Lilian was really helpful throughout and provided me with all the answers I needed prior to the trip. I would definately book with her if we went as a large group again, especially as she was very reasonably priced.
