This is a spacious and peaceful apartment (80 square metres) for 7 people in a modern residence. On the Amalfi Coast and in an elevated position, it has breathtaking views over the Mediterranean and its coastline and is surrounded by lush vegetation. The apartment is just outside the charming village of Praino which is about 7 km from either Amalfi or Positano. The garden and terrace with BBQ are shaded by a large olive tree and look right out to sea and sky and are ideal for relaxing and meals al fresco. The garden is about 25 square metres. You can hear the waves caressing the rocks below. There is a direct access from the property down to the sea where you will find a naturally formed rock pool (7 metres by 4), large enough to bathe in and areas for sunbathing and an sunbathing and an outdoor shower. This is a private area and only used by the residents. An attractive beach is nearby at Marina di Praia with cafes and restaurants and boats for hire.

Nearest Motorway: Castellamare de Stabia at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Airport: Naples Capodichino at 65 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Piano di Sorrento at 18 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Piano di Sorrento at 18 Kilometres
It is conveniently situated for other places of interest such as Pompei, Vesuvius, Paestum, Herculaneum, Caserta, Capo di Conca dei Marini, Padula and Ravello (famous for its music concerts). Naples is about 60 kms away and Rome about 280 kms. You can also practice water-sports, go scuba-diving, or take boat trips to the islands of Capri and Ischia or to the Cilento National Park. Or you can hire a bicycle or motorbike to get you around. Having a car is not necessary as there is a bus-stop 50 metres away and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are also many pleasant walks, the most famous of which is ?Il Sentiero degli Dei?. The railway station is 18 km away. There are numerous cultural and music events throughout the year and as the Amalfi coast has a mild climate and the property is centrally-heated, they can be enjoyed all year round.
