These apartments are situated just a couple of minutes walk from Mozart's birthplace in the pedestrian area of Salzburg's Old Town. All the famous coffeehouses and restaurants, together with the best shops and boutiques are right on your doorstep. The accommodation has a generously proportioned living and bedroom area, a roomy bathroom with shower and a small, but intelligently thought out kitchen with microwave, fridge and espresso machine. The property has flat-screen cable TV, high speed Internet access, central heating and washing machine. They were completely renovated in 2008 allowing for a 21st century lifestyle in a 14th century house. The apartments SALZBURG, ALTER MARKT and GLOCKENSPIELare on the 4th floor (no lift). Apartment LINZERGASSE is on the 3rd floor with lift.

!!! YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS LOCATION !!! This property is just around the corner from 'Getreidegasse', the main pedestrian street in the centre of the old town of Salzburg and the old market square. It is located on a quiet side street. You can walk to the fortress, the cathedral, Residence fountain, the tourist information on Mozart square ,Mozart's birthplace or some of the locations from the film 'Sound of Music') in less than 5 minutes. You will also find lots of the very famous cafés (Tomaselli, the oldest one in town from 1703), pastry shops (such as Fürst, the inventor of the Mozartkugel, or Demel), restaurants, bars and boutiques in the very close neighbourhood.

Stayed in the Linzergrasse apartment after the christmas holiday and until after the New Year. Salzburg is a wonderful place and the apartment is wonderfully located. It was perfectly described and clean. As it was a busy time of year we only seen the owner on arrival. You are minutes away from walking or getting local transport to all the tourist spots. The Fortress, castle, museums and the brewery art all well worth a visit.

We were surpised how well placed the apartment was in Salzburg: easily accessible by bus and a short walk from Markantplatz. Linzner Gasse is exceptionally nice and part of the "old" Salzburg. The apartment itself was also very nice with most of what travellers need (including a washing machine, which was handy). It was good to be able to feel "at home" in the apartment. On the downside, the apartment was a bit stuffy and noisy if the windows were open (pedestrian/tourist noise from below). We found some of the appliances (water jug) broken when we arrived, but the coffee machine did just as well at heating up water for tee. The pillows were a bit thin, but we seem to be discovering that must be how Austrians like it. Overall we'd recommend to all singles / couples / and perhaps couples with young child to stay here (more than that could get a bit cramped).

This apartment is ideally located and has all you need for a very comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and very helpful - thanks Gabi! Although it is a studio apartment, we stayed here as a family with our 7year old daughter and we were very happy.We highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again next time we are in Salzburg.

It was an amazing stay for us. It is very strategic, at the center of old town and the new town. Gabi was very helpful to accommodate with my last minute request. It has a lift in the building as well for people who don't wish to climb the stairs.
