These apartments are situated just a couple of minutes walk from Mozart's birthplace in the pedestrian area of Salzburg's Old Town. All the famous coffee houses and restaurants, together with the best shops and boutiques are right on your doorstep.

They were completely renovated in 2009 allowing for a 21st century lifestyle in a 14th century house.

The apartments are on the 4th floor (no lift).

This queen sized bed (and single sofa bed) apartment faces onto the old market square of the historic centre. It is comprised of an extremely spacious living and sleeping area with a very rare all-wooden ceiling. Full flat screen cable TV and free wireless internet is provided throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped including, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a high pressure, oversized shower, washing machine, big fluffy towels and a hair-dryer. Guests have full access to drying machine and ironing facilities during their stay. Apartment #2 sleeps three people and is a non-smoking apartment. It is in Brodgasse 3 / 4th floor/ no elevator

This property is just around the corner from 'Getreidegasse', the main pedestrian street in the centre of the old town of Salzburg and the old market square. It is located on a quiet side street.

You can walk to the fortress, the cathedral, Residence fountain, the tourist information on Mozart square ,Mozart's birthplace or some of the locations from the film 'Sound of Music') in less than 5 minutes.

You will also find lots of the very famous cafés (Tomaselli, the oldest one in town from 1703), pastry shops (such as Fürst, the inventor of the Mozartkugel), restaurants, bars and boutiques in the very close neighbourhood.

Great Little Hideaway in Old Town Salzburg

I just loved this place. It is on the 4th floor and you have to walk up some medieval stairs but it is worth it. Property is just as described. The apartment has been very nicely renovated and was clean and well-maintained. I arrived early and my phone was dead, so I had to borrow a phone from another tenant to contact the manager, but he responded promptly and I was able to get into the apartment without significant delay. I love the location. Great little restaurant just half a block away; street vendor in the evening with wonderful wursts. Plenty of shopping, bakeries and cafes within easy walk. Nice grocery in the Mozart house just a couple of blocks. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment - it was even better than the photos. The location was perfect to get to everything by walking. Gabi was great to work with and we will stay with her again if we ever make it back to Salzburg.

WONDERFUL APARTMENTS IN THE HEART OF SALZBURG

We have just had our first visit to Salzburg and cant wait to go again.
Gabi and her housekeeper Igor were very nice people and made us feel so welcome, As for the apartment it was perfect and had everything
we needed and you could not find a better location everything is at your doorstep. I cannot find a fault with the apartments and we will definetly
stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

This was the most amazing place we stayed on a two month trip around Europe. The location was perfect - in the centre of the town and close to almost anywhere you would want to go in Salzburg. The layout was very easy to manage and most things were provided for very well. I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone who is considering it. It is ideal for couples. The owner is a fantastic person and we loved dealing with her.
