Renovated apartment in a small charming old house located in the historical centre The Suquet. Nice sea view from the lounge, in a quiet street, the studio is located 5 mn walk from the beach, the Palace of Festivals and the Croisette. Equipped and fitted separate kitchen, shower room, lounge with double sofa bed, separate toilet. The price includes the cleaning out, the linen and the towels. Prices for the congresses and the film festival: MIPCOM 1000 euros, MIDEM 800 euros, MIPTV 900 euros, Film Festival 2050 euros, LIONS 1000 euros, MIPIM : 1150 euros.
