A LARGE AND SPACIOUS self catering apartment for rent near LAUTREC VILLAGE in the beautiful region of the Tarn, South West France. The gites sleep 2 (+ third person for a small charge). It's a perfect location for lovers of the countryside. A short stroll down the drive is a circular walking and cycling trail; closeby is a bridle path linking local towns, Castres and Albi. All towels (not beach) and bed linen are provided. If you stay for a week or more each member of your party has an aromatherapy treatment for free.

Great place to stay for families of all ages. There are many outdoor activities such as: walking, cycling, golf, horse riding, fishing, sailing, swimming, canoeing. Castres (10kms) and Realmont (15kms) are close by with Albi (30kms) a short drive away. For great days out visit Caracassonne and Toulouse only one hour away. South Tarn Gites is in an ideal location for the wine regions of Gaillac, Cahors and Minervois too. Additional information about rental rates

  • Damage deposit : 150 €
  • Advance payment : 25% of the rental price.
  • We require a deposit (non-refundable) of 25 of the total cost of the booking, sent with your booking form. The balance of the cost is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday along with a damage deposit of 150 (150euros) which will be returned within two weeks of your departure.

    Payment in full including damage deposit is required for bookings accepted within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday. Please make cheques (in sterling or euros) payable to T. M. Savage

    The gite must be left in a clean and tidy condition - as you found it on arrival. If you wish us to clean it for you an additional cost of 60 (60euros) will be levied.
