At Casajulianna you can come and go as you please, your own entrance and 2000 meters of land to relax in and of course a swimming pool and bbq area, both studio's are en-suite and with kitchenettes  to create those snacks and meals for when you do not have time to visit the many local bars and restaurants that are based locally, Casajulianna is an ideal base for visiting this part of unspoilt Spain, whether you choose to go inland or visit the fantastic City of Valencia, all area's are easy to get to  by car or train, we have a excellent Metro and road network that can take you almost anywhere trouble free, Casajulianna is also an ideal base for the best fiestas in Spain, Las Fallas in March and the messy La Tomatina in August also the Americas cup - La Moto Grand Prix at Cheste and the Valencian Grand Prix street Circuit,Casajulianna is located on a quite urbanization just on the outskirts of Lliria surrounded by Almond groves and without any immediate neighbours.

Casa Julianna is a property that comprises of two floors, we occupy the first floor, on the ground floor we have created two studio's, that consist of bedroom/kitchenette and shower room with individual entrances, both of the studio's are well equipped and are built to a very high standard. The pool is for unrestricted use to all of our guests, a table tennis table is also available,there is also a bbq area (why not try your hand at Paella) the garden is mainly laid with fruit trees we also have off road parking. Away from the house there is a stable block where we keep our two horses.

Lliria known locally as the city of music is full of history and an ideal base for discovering the 'Real Spain'. A twenty five minute drive will take you to the Beaches, the race track at Cheste, the City of Valencia, and if you are up for it La Tomatina which is held in Bunol on the last Wednesday of August, and of course Las Fallas held in March, Spain has three of the best Fiestas in the World, two of which are La Tomatina and Las Fallas  both are within a 30 minute drive from Casajulianna, hopefully following great success The America's Cup will return and new to Valencia the Valencian Grand Prix Street Racing Circuit. Lliria is a vibrant town full of many shops, bars and restaurants, local fiestas normally start here at the end of August and run through to the end of September, however throughout the year there is always something happening.

We have just returned from a fab week in Casa Juliana. Totally relaxing, the property was spotlessly clean and the facilities provided were second to none that we have experienced before. John & Julie were terrific hosts and the animals were absolutely lovely. The local town of Domeno provided wonderful tapas and sangria with the larger town of Lliria just a 15 minute drive away.
We will certainly be back.
Owner's Response: The nearest town/village of Domeno has many nice bars serving good food and drink at affordable prices it is just a 20/25 minute walk and less than 5 minutes by car from Casajulianna well worth a visit and the people are very friendly.

Relaxing Honeymoon

We spent 2 amazing weeks here, it is just as it looks in the pictures, the dogs are lovely and John and Julie really are a great couple. We spent most of the first week recovering by the pool (I learnt to swim) and occassionally venturing out to the local area, to do a bit of shopping, we became a bit more adventurous in the second week, and found so many amazing things to see and do, sprawling castles, sandy beaches, lakes, historical buildings, dolphin shows (the oceanografic), stunning architecture, vibrant culture... all within 30mins drive of a relaxed rural hideaway. Would recommend taking a camera and a phrasebook, although pointing and attempting to make up Spanish phrases kinda worked for us.
Owner's Response: Lliria, is a great town lots to do and see we are just a short drive away. within easy reach of Valencia where you will find all of the above and more. a fantastic area to visit for a fabulous holiday.

Our First Family Holiday

Casajulianna was just perfect for our holiday, there was plenty of room for the three of us, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the swimmingpool was fantastic. John and Julie were great hosts easy to chat with and full of great ideas on things to see and do. there was so much to see and do we will need to return soon! Valencia was our favorite place, beautiful and clean, we found it easy to park and to get around. I would recommend Casajulianna to anyone that is looking to please the whole family! You can relax by the pool, Drive for miles and explore or visit a vibrant and exciting city that has everything! Thanks for a Fantastic Holiday!!

I had the most amazing experience at Casajuliana. John and Julie's hospitality was 1st class, they have a lovely home and surrounding garden full of exotic plants, orange trees and grape vines. The pool is clean and tranquil. I absolutely fell in love with their dogs (Charlie,Barney,Hannah)and there is a small town called Domeno, the locals are friendly and the bars are great (sangria like no other) about a 20 minute walk away. I recommend Casajuliana to everyone and i will definitely be returning.

Our stay in Casa Juliana

My daughter and I stayed at Casa Juliana in July this year and had a great week. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. The accommodation is in rural countryside but close to the town of Lliria. John and Julie made us very welcome, were extremely helpful and my daughter fell in love with their dogs.
Owner's Response: We are pleased our guests find the studios clean and comfortable.
We are always happy to help in any way we can.
Our dogs are very friendly, and most guests wish they could take them home with them.
