Beautiful guest house, sunset and unobstructed view of the Grand Case bay in a stunning villa in the heights, commune infinity pool, located in a beautiful secured complex, a few steps away from the typically West Indies village of Grand Case with its beach, gourmet and local restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, etc.

Those 2 guest rooms have both the view over looking grand case bay with independant acces with a welcome punch at your arrival

The first one, blue unit, is a large and beautiful room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 office, 1 shower room and separate toilets. Very nice services, Wifi, air conditioning , small refrigerator, tray, coffee maker and kettle small dishes, enough for a snack.

The second one, fushia unit, is a large and beautiful room with 1 double bed, 1 office, 1 shower room and toilets. Very nice services, Wifi, air conditioning , small refrigerator, tray, coffee maker and kettle small dishes, enough for a snack.

No site on the whole island has more West Indies charm than this bay, without being far from everything. Marigot is 10 minutes, the famous Baie Orientale Beach is 5 min away, Philipsburg is 20 minutes, and the Grand Case airport is very close, so it's easy to rent a car.

After a beach day, a lunch directly on the beach in one of the 'lolos' of the village, a deep-sea diving tour, a catamaran excursion or an afternoon at the pool, offer yourself the luxury to drink a ti punch in front of the reddening tones of the sunset, on the terrace of this charming and comfortable guest house overlooking the bay,

After taking your time to get prepared in one of those spacious rooms with theire own beautiful large bathroom. After a little walk, you will be down the hill through the estate garden and offer yourself a walk in this little animated village, you will choose one of the many restaurants of this village called the gourmet capital of the island before going back to your room or continue your evening in various attraction centres of the island as its numerous casinos, night clubs, etc.

Beautiful villa over looking Grand Case Bay, one of the most panoramic best sunset view with his infinity pool, Located in a very nice secure estate, few minutes walk from the beach and grand case village famous restaurants, local, french and internationnal food as well as many souvenir shops… Dolce farniente atmosphere, for who loves quiet and peaceful room and beauty of the site. None of the island aera gives as much caribbean ambiance as grand case bay, with out beeing fare from any place. By care at about 10 mm from Marigot, 5 mm to the very famous orient bay beach, knowed as the caribbean saint-tropez beach, 20 mm from Philisburg, and next the the regional airport that let you opportunity for car rental.

We usually travel all-inclusive but wanted to try something different. It was a little intimidating planning & choosing a rental unit. We hit the jackpot with this rental.
Great location overlooking beautiful Grand case. Short walk to restaurants & bars. 10 minute drive to Orient beach or Marigot. 20 minutes to Phillipsburg.
Very comfortable & clean room with a awesome view.
Eric & Soheila are wonderful hosts. Friendly & accomodating going above & beyond hospitable. We arrived late & were hungry so they suggested we go to Blue Martini. On arrival our waiter informed us that Eric & Soheila had phoned them to let them know we were coming & to treat us well. We loved Blue Martini & ended up going back 3 times that week. Anything we asked for was taken care of promptly.
We highly recomend this rental unit. Reasonably priced too.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your appéciation. As well for us it's so nice to have guest that feel well in our rental unit and with who we can have a nice relationship.

My husband and I just spent a week at this well-maintained and comfortable guest house with amazing views of Grand Case and the ocean beyond. The owners were gracious and accommodating, providing tips for dining and places to visit. A small space was dedicated to kitchen essentials such as wine glasses, corkscrew, coffee pot, kettle, napkins and utensils. A dorm sized refrigerator was perfect for the week.
The bathroom of this guesthouse was done in cobalt tiles--very lovely! Towels were provided as well as a beach bag for outings. The infinity swimming pool was spacious with an ample deck and lounge chairs.
A multitude of restaurants are a 5 minute walk down the hill. Don't miss spending a day at Pinel Island, and having dinner at Loterie Farm!
We will happily return thanks to the owners who made sure all our needs were fulfilled!

We loved this room and the view

We just returned from a week long stay at this villa and we loved it. The room, view and the pool are even more beautiful than the pictures. The owners were very nice and provided us with advice about the area. They even greeted us with a drink when we arrived. It's a short walk down the hill to the beach and the excellent restaurants in Grand Case. Or you can drive down the hill and park in Grand Case. The room had everything that you need from a small refrigerator to wine glasses to beach towels. Being from the U.S., we were not accustomed to wiring money for a deposit, but it was an easy process. We definitely recommend renting one of the rooms at this villa.
