This is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Paris. We have experienced the full range of accommodation throughout Europe over many visits, and this is at the top of our list for overall comfort, convenience, security, location and value. The apartment is in an old but well maintained building on a quiet street, yet a very short walk from the Metro and only about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It is on the 4th (U.S) floor but there is an elevator. It is bright and airy.
The two bedrooms have excellent beds and are separated by the sitting/dining room providing privacy for two couples or family members.
Kitchen and bathroom have been modernized to the highest standards. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or just make coffee and warm the croissant from the boulangerie across the street.
There are many good restaurants and shops nearby including a supermarket around the corner, and the convenient Metro and bus route can take you to all of the main attractions easily and quickly.
The property is immaculate, very well maintained and provides additional amenities including Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, cable TV, ironing equipment.
And Corinne the owner/manager is extremely cordial, efficient and helpful with recommendations and answers to your questions.
We have family nearby and visit Paris regularly. This definitely is now our home away from home in Paris!
We stayed in this apartment for 10 days, checking out on 9/25/2014. I cannot imagine a better experience with an apartment rental. In fact this was my 3rd rental in Paris and was just wonderful. Corinne could not have been more gracious and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything needed, top quality appliances, dishware, knives, pots, pans etc. The bed were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were first class. The building was very quiet, we never heard any neighbors. There is a supermarket across the street which has everything. A Picards frozen foods is close on Rue Vanguaird if you want to cook. We actually cooked several meals in the apartment since the kitchen was so well equipped. There are two metro stops close, so transportation is a breeze. The 95 bus runs right in front to the of the building to Port de Vanves, then on Rue de Vanguiard the bus that runs to Luxembourg Gardens is accessable there.
The place was very clean. If you need a two beedroom stay here, it is wonderful.

To świetnie położony apartament (300 metrów do Metra Volontairs), piekarnia widoczna z okna, w odległości 50m mały market, cisza i spokój.
Mieszkanie jest przestronne, czyste, stylowo urządzone, w pełni wyposażone (pralka, zmywarka, piekarnik, lodówka, żelazko, deska do prasowania, w każdej sypialni jest TV), na korytarzu mała winda. Niedaleko mieszkania jest garaż na samochód, z którego my korzystaliśmy.
Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłą właścicielką apartamentu Corinne - kontaktową panią, ułatwia sprawę:-)
Dla nas istotną rzeczą było również to, że nie doliczono do ceny dodatkowych kosztów np. za końcowe sprzątanie, czy depozyt za spowodowanie szkody w mieszkaniu.

This apartment is very clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it as it is in a perfect location. It was ideal for relaxation after a day of touring. The restaurants near the apartment were very good too. Corinne the owner welcomed us, she is such a lovely person and very helpful too. Thanks for a lovely stay, the Bradley's from Scotland.
This is a great place to stay! A tremendous location close to everything - shops, metro and you can walk to many sightseeing locations.The apartment is spacious, well laid out and very well appointed. Everything you need is provided including cleaning products and some basic provisions. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable. After a big day walking around it is so good to be able to rest and have a good night's sleep. The apartment is very quiet with a great outlook over nearby streets and buildings.The owner Corinne is helpful and accommodating. We have stayed in 4 apartments in Paris in recent years and this one is by far the best. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris.
As a family of 4, parents and an adult couple, we had the pleasure of staying 11 nights at this quiet residential location. It is onvenient to travellers from CDG airport as it links to 2 different metro lines each within a 5 min walk to the apartment. The metro makes all tourist sites easily accessed including a daytrip to Versailles. It is a 30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower or 45 min walk to the Latin Quarter/Notre Dame. Groceries/wine abound at the Carrefour supermarket 2 blocks away; there is another supermarket even closer. And so many patisseries nearby! Landlady Corrine is reliable, helpful and friendly. The apartment layout affords great privacy for 2 couples. We highly recommend this rental!
