New house with terrace, garden and closed parking, located 30 meters from the beach Caroual.

Ground floor: living room, open kitchen, bathroom, WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with toilet, one with balcony and sea view

Internet connection, TV with French channels, English, German.

During the summer the beach is supervised and offers a beach club for children and teens with sports framed.

Hiking on caps (Erquy Fréhel ...) from the rental.

Town center, 10 minutes walk from the Corniche, gourmet restaurants and traditional musical and cultural events throughout the summer.
