Situated at the Illa D'Or end of this unique promenade, it is a first floor apartment with a lovely large balcony directly overlooking the sea and beach below. There can be no finer situation on the Pine Walk with all the amenities of Puerto Pollenca just a short stroll away. The apartment is reached either from the parking area behind or directly from the Pine Walk itself, via a large entrance lobby and short flight of stairs. There is a lift up to the first floor for your added convenience. The spacious comfortably furnished lounge dining room is delightful and has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player for your added enjoyment. Full length patio doors open out onto the terrace affording one of the loveliest views across the bay of Pollenca. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, whilst there is a washing machine in the laundry area behind.
