Villa di Fonti is an old villa built in the XVII century by a noble florentine family and restored 20 years ago, centre of a working farm, lying on a hilltop of Chianti near Florence in a property of 175 hectacres, 5 km from the town of Certaldo, 20 km from San Gimignano, 40 km from Florence and 45 km from Siena. In the basement of the villa is a farming storeroom. Guests have use of the large italian garden with pool and a large terrace facing onto the garden. Inside the house is on two floors, with large rooms and furnishings that are sober and comfortable, in keeping with the general layout of the house. The kitchen still preserves some typical features of the simple old country kitchens in Tuscany (stone sink, oldhearth). In an old but perfect restructured barn near to the villa, there has been organized a Technogym fitness center with dressing rooms, 60 m2 room with gym equipments. The use of the fitness center costs 8 Euro per day. 24 hours cleaning service (except the kitchen)are included in the price (4 hours for 6 days). Historical resort with 15'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, on top of a hill, 50 km south-west from Firenze, 50 km north-west from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.
