In this sunny independent apartment in a 1930?s house located on a quiet suburban street at the top of a hill, the bedrooms give directly onto a garden with full southern exposure filled with fruit trees and flowering rose bushes. In the day, you will enjoy the superb view of the valley below. From the living room window at night, you can see the Disney fireworks on the opposite bank. You will wake to the happy chirping of birds, unbothered by passing traffic in this quiet residential neighborhood. The tasteful décor will immediately make you feel right at home. The dishwasher and washer/dryer will save your precious time for occupations more amusing than housework. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable, such as all the amenities required for laundry and dish washing, well equipped bathrooms and kitchens and complete linens. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, and plenty of shopping easily reachable by car.
