Sistin Chapel Penthouse

The lift up to the 3rd floor made it easy for the member of our party who uses a walking stick. It wasn't too far from the centre and there were regular buses from the top of the road into the centre.
The rooftop garden was fantastic. Nice to sit out there in the sun. There was also some shelter for when it rained.
A nearby shop and cafe were useful. The apartment contained everything we needed (including shampoo, for which we were grateful as we travelled by a budget airline).
Fausto could not have been more helpful. He came up with some very useful suggestions for our itinary appropriate for someone who is not so able bodied, which we all enjoyed.
I will definitely be going back

A wonderful repeated experience with this very same apartment. We are a swedish family of 4 and 2 children. We came already twice, but this time was super. The apartment was even nicer, shining and comfortable. In one week stay we were also reached by another couple of friends. The very helpful owner immediately found accomodation for them in the small studio flat in the same building, at an extremely good price, making everybody happy, We insisted, and Mr. F., the owner accepted our invitation for dinner. A very nice company with a very cultured person, who prefers friendhip to profit.

Almost each day we took the metro, just 150 meters away, to visit Spanish steps, Borghese Gallery and Villa Borghese. While just on foot, Sistin Chapel, Vatican, the Castle and much more.

An apartment to suggest to everybody, young, old, and with children,incredibly crazy for the terrace. Thanks, thanks, thanks!

We are a Finnish family of 5 arrived at November 5th. The apartment was imnediately a nice surprise. Wide, elegant, and perfectly clean. Nice antique furniture, very well kept. Shining windows and walls, with a rare venetian marble finish.


Two elevators from the very ground floor to our 4th, very appreciated from one relative with walking problems.


Open big flowered terrace where we had breafast all mornings and three times also cooked on barbecue.


Equipped with everything, included a courtesy local phone: great help to call immediately home. The very nice owner was calling daily to hear if any needs. He was providing us a taxi van to go back to aiport in 20 minutes, much cheaper than the one we took by ourselves at arrival.


Surely a prestige apartment and an owner to keep in mind for future trips. We will definetly suggest to all friends.
