Perfect as much for congresses as for holidays. Spacious studio, ideally located between the Martinez and the Carlton Palaces, 50 feet away from the Croisette Promenade and the sand beaches. And 5 minutes away from the Palais des Festivals (Congress Center). Balcony with sea view and possibility to eat outside. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The studio is structured as follows: - a living room with a comfortable sofabed (double) and a bed that closes into a cupboard (single). Floor is made of marble. There is a flatscreen TV with DVD player, as well as a HiFi installation with CD player. There is heating and air-conditioning. - a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, ... All kitchenware (plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc are new and good quality). - a balcony accessed from the living room. Shutters are operated electrically. The balcony has a front view on the prestigious Martinez Palace

The apartment is located at the end of Rue Latour-Maubourg, nearly at the corner with the famous Croisette promenade and facing the prestigious Martinez Palace. Free sand beaches are 50 metres away. And the Palais des Festivals is at 5 minutes walking distance. At the other end, the street crosses the Rue d'Antibes, which is the main shopping street in Cannes. The apartment is also surrounded by restaurants and corner shops. A Casino supermarket is at 200 metres distance. For people traveling by train, the train station is at 500 metres distance. If you fly in, you should arrive at Nice airport and either take a taxi or a bus into Cannes. There is a taxi station at the corner of the street with the Croisette. There are also several car rental companies in the street. Nice day trips from Cannes include Monte-Carlo, Nice, Antibes, Mention and Saint-Tropez on the seaside and the beautiful villages of Valbonne, Mougins, Eze, Saint Paul de Vence, ... inside the country.
