Located in Sugarmill Woods on Florida's beautiful Nature Coast, this luxury villa was completed in May 2006 and offers peace and tranquility in a woodland setting. The villa has three bedrooms - two king size and one twin bedded. Two bathrooms - the master bathroom has a walk in shower and a garden tub. The lounge has HD television with 120 digital cable channels and 10 HD channels and a DVD Player There is a den for quieter moments with an unlimited dial up connection. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and ceramic topped cooker. The utility room has a front loading washing machine and tumble drier. Meals can be taken in the dining room, nook, at the breakfast bar or on the large lanai. The lanai also offers a sheltered place to sit out of the sun. The caged swimming pool measures 14' x 28' and can be electrically heated in the winter months and has a salt chlorination system. There is a double garage.

Sugarmill Woods is a unique location on Florida's beautiful Nature Coast and is located near the Gulf of Mexico, south of Homosassa. It covers 6000 acres most of which has not yet been built on and was specifically designed to offer each home with a woodland or golf course view. The villa is centrally situated on a double lot with woodland either side to offer privacy. During the winter months manatees overwinter in the crystal clear waters from springs which stay at a constant 72F. At the nearby Homosassa Springs State Park manatees can be viewed all year round from an underwater gallery. Golf is the major sport for the area and there are numerous golf courses nearby . The nearest beach with white sand is a 20 minute drive away. River tours are available in Homosassa and Crystal River to swim with the manatees and for fishing, snorkeling and scalloping trips

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Sugarmill Woods, Homosassa, Florida.
We were very last minute with our booking, only a few days prior to travelling, but the owners, Ray and Karen were so helpful and extremely quick to respond.
we arrived at the Villa early in the morning to find an immaculately decorated and furnished home complete with everything you could need for a comfortable 'home away from home' holiday.
The pool area was totally private and secluded and very large. It was well equiped with outside dining area, sunloungers, BBQ and even pool toys.
The area surrounding is an upmarket residential area, but no other homes are near enough to be intrusive.
There is a supermarket only a few minutes drive away and any number of other stores and shops a few miles further.
We have occasionally been disappointed by holiday rental homes but this far exceeded our high expectations. We loved it so much we changed our return flights and stayed for an extra week.
We'd love to keep this place secret and just for ourselves but we can't.
We thoroughly recommend this holiday Villa and will hopefully be back ..... soon!!

Gorgeous Villa

What a wonderful villa. This holiday home is gorgeous and definitely has the wow factor. This is the fifth villa we have rented in Florida and is my favourite.
This villa is modern, spacious and the decor and furniture are immaculate. Everything you could need for your stay here has been provided by the owners and is all in good working order. It is such a comfortable villa.
If you have small children there is additional pool security as all doors and windows that have access to the pool area are permanently alarmed. This gives you peace of mind that you will know instantly if anyone is leaving the villa in the direction of the pool.
The pool is large and well maintained. Table, chairs, loungers and pool toys are provided.
The villa is situated on a lovely housing estate and is only a few minutes drive away from the local Publix.
Due to an unusually large amount of rain for July. we were unable to explore the local area, though I am told by friends from Hudson that the waterways are fantastic, as they use them all the time.
Homosassa is within easy reach of Orlando and Tampa and everything else that lies in between.
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. You will not be disappointed. The same goes for the owner Ray, he was helpful when I first made enquiries, efficient through the booking process, and even phoned on the day of our arrival to check that everything was ok.
A first class service and a first class villa.

Fabulous Villa In A Lovely Location

We have just returned from a great week in Florida and have no hesitation in recommending this villa.
The rooms are huge with loads areas to have a bit of personal space. The furniture and decoration is fabulous and the pool is just the best place to chill out and relax ! The beds again are huge and so very comfortable that we wondered if we could ship them back to the UK ! This really is a home from home.
The surrounding area was so peaceful. We went to this part of Florida for scuba diving in Crystal River and Rainbow River, and were not disappointed. Plus this time of year is perfect for snorkelling with the Manatees and we saw loads on our tour ! Would also recommend Adventure Dives in Crystal River for any water related tours and activities - speak to Carl.
You will need a car, but expect that in any part of Florida, and there were a lot of golf courses in the area if your taking your golf clubs.
The best praise I can give is that we hope to return again in the future.
