In excellent condition, exotic wooden floor, nice colonial furniture. Lift, can put up 4 people, in 2 separate rooms. Television set. Equipped separate kitchen with washing machine, electrical oven, microwave. Non smoking flat but possible to smoke out on the terrasse. Electrical heater in winter.
