Composition, allotment , rooms , diverse: 5 twins bedrooms (10 lodging, bed linen provided) , one mezzanine with sofa. 2 WC, 1 Bathroom (shower bath and bath) no bathroom linen provided. 1 large recent kitchen with all equipments (American refrigerator, owen, micro owen, cooking hob, aspirant hood... 1 Living room with fireplace and bar, 1 veranda with « plancha » (Spanish gaz barbecue ) 1 terrace at side the swimming pool with ping pong table , garden 1500m2 (possibility to rent a separated room studio (with supplement for 2 people if available).

This pretty villa is situated at 12 km from the beach , 25 km of Biarritz, 1h45 of the meddle mountains station (Pyrénées), in a charming little village, one little grocer's shop at proximity of the borough and supermarket at 5 km, just at side typical « fronton de pelote » where you can to play « pelote Basque » and also, one basket court outside
