It is very nice being only 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Montmartre all by enjoying a green area under ivy arbour... The house is located in an interior courtyard of a building. Go up the stairs and find the big terrace of 18m2, covered partially by ivy arbour that assures your privacy all by leaving the sun pass through in the afternoon. We enter the house by the central and main room. Very bright thanks to a big velux, equipped with a round table for20meals, an open-plan kitchen and a sofa-bed. On the left, you find the bathroom and on your right the bedroom. Garden furniture available for the terrace (table, chairs, side table). The whole house was renovated in spring 2009 with ecological products (lime paintings, thermal insulation based on wool, parquet floor, etc.)

The small house is located in Montmartre, whose authentic charm is the main reason why it is the most famous area of Paris. You have to stroll about the paved streets, stairs, beautiful small squares, coffee-house terraces to discover the incomparable pleasure of living in Montmartre. The house is 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Lepic road (film "Amélie Poulain") and 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Place du Tertre, the basilica of Sacré-Coeur, the Moulin Rouge, etc. All amenities are nearby: bakery, grocer's shop, restaurants, cafés... The bus station Damremont-Caulaincourt is a 5-minutes walk. Bus 80 and 95 that take you to the Louvre Museum, Saint Germain des Près, Champs-Elysées, and Opera. The subway stations of Lamarck-Caulaincourt and Guy Môquet are a 10-minutes walk. By car, 5 minutes away from the Saint-Ouen gate (ring road).
