50m from the beach and casino, this studio is in a very nice and charming building (early 20th century). It is ideal for 2 adults with a child or 2. It is situated downtown Trouville sur mer with its numerous shops and restaurants. The apartment is very luminous with a high ceiling and a lovely fireplace. It was entirely renovated very recently. The kitchen is separated from the main room and the washing room will make you feel like being in a far Island with its specific romantic atmosphere from the early 20th century. The building is classified "remarquable house" and is very secure with its 2 digicode protected doors. A bicycle room is available.

Location: Normandy < France

The studio is in the center of authentic Trouville, next to shops, restaurants, laundery, antique dealers, 50m from the beach, the Casino, Monoprix supermarcket, fishmarket and fishing boats, 500m from Deauville bus and train station. You will enjoy strolling in the streets in Proust, Flaubert, Dumas, Monet and Boudin's footsteps. The cinema and Montebello museum are nearby as well as local events like Films festivals (OF COURT, American Festival, Asiatic festival, Easter concerts, Musical promenades etc..) Deauville's racetrack is 800m far, crossing the Touques river.You can easily walk on Deauville's beach promenade and even go further to Hennequeville or Villerville. You can also bike through the Pays D'auge: Touques, Tourgeville or even HonFleur middle ages lovely town (10km).

  • Charges included
  • Damage deposit : 200 €
  • Advance payment : 25% of the rental price.
  • Renting for a week starts on saturday 4pm until next saturday 10am.
    Week-ends start on friday 6pm (if you wish to arrive at a different time, see with the owner on the phone) until sunday 6pm.
    During very high season it is 500 eurosweek, high season 450 eurosweek, middle season 380 eurosweek, low season 300 eurosweek.
    Week-ends (2 nights) are 180 euros, Mid-week stays from monday 2pm until friday 12pm (4 nights) are 180 euros.
    Prices include all charges without cleaning. You are welcome to use the cleaning service for 15 euros on leaving.
    You can book by mail or e-mail, the booking forms must be signed up and you must join a deposit cheque (25 of the price for your stay) to validate your reservation.
    You will be asked a 200 euros guarantee cheque on your arrival, the owner will give it back to you on your departure after leaving inventory.
