The house can accommodate up to 9 people (6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby) and has a spacious terrace and balconies to enjoy amazing views. The house is ideal for those seeking tranquillity.

The house is located on the village of Calheta, on the old road from Lombo do Doutor to the beach (300 to 400m below). From the house, you can see the Ocean, the cultural centre (to be visited) as well as the mountains (easy access to Paul da Serra). You are close to many villages to visit (Madalena do Mar, Arco da Calheta, Jardim do Mar, Paul do mar, Prazeres, etc.).

  • Weekly rates quoted are for 2 people sharing during mid-season and 4 people during high season. A 60 Euro supplement is applied per extra guest at any time of the year. Payment by cheque or bank transfer on a French or Belgian account. 30 percent down payment due upon booking. Balance due 2 months before the arrival. Rates include: electricity, end-of-stay cleaning (for normal use), sheets and towels.
  • The house is available from 6pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11am on the day of departure. Arrivals at other times accepted only with prior agreement of the owner.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR200.00
