A COSY APARTMENT IN A HOUSE OF CHARACTER. FREE WIRELESS ACCESS. SAUNA. GARAGE. SKI ROOM. FENCED GARDEN. - At only 10 MINUTES WALK from CHAMONIX TOWN CENTRE. This cosy attic apartment has a lovely timberwork and a mezzanine floor. It sleeps 4 people and if needs be 5 people : 4 people in the 2 bedrooms with FLEXIBLE BED CONFIGURATION and one more person on the mezzanine accessible by a straight wooden staircase. - The apartment comprises 70 m2 of floor space. - A south?facing conservatory offers a perfect view of Mont-Blanc range as well as full enjoyment of the sun. - The LIVING ROOM is well lit and airy with the two french windows and the large windows of the conservatory. It includes a sitting room , a dining room and an open-plan fitted kitchen that is fully equipped with a 4-ring cooker, hood, fridge-freezer, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher and other gadgets like toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, citrus fruit-squeeze, and food mixer. Cheese fondue set and Raclette set.

Location: Chamonix < France

The house is on the sunny side of the valley and faces the Mont Blanc. It is situated 700 metres from Chamonix pedestrian area, 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by the mountain train. The shuttle stop ( train or bus) is 100 metres from the chalet and it also provides free access to all the different lift areas. Getting to Chamonix with a car is not essential but if you prefer to reach Chamonix with a car, access to the chalet is very easy whatever the meteorological conditions.
